Havent used it yet, but it looks good. Zippers and wheels are very smooth. Seems a bit bend-ier than I would have expected, but maybe thats a good thing, making it less likely to crack.

It’s light and durable. Prone to scratches if mishandled so be careful!

Awesome. I only gave a low durability rating becasuse I just started using them. Effortless roll with a heavy garment/computer bag on top of the carry on.

Very impressed. Had hesitations about the quality for this price for a 3 piece luggage set. Handled many times by airlines, tour bus and hotel porters. Recommend highly.

Update: They corrected the error and new, matching carry-on case just arrived. So i respect their commitment to communicate and solve the problem. And my daughter has used the luggae on two flights and my wife on one, and they both love them! They were almost cool, until we got to the carry-on case and for somereason it did not match the entire set, like not even close! It was teal while the cases were supposed to be dark grey. We will see how they handle it and i will update review upon communication with seller, and if that goes well, again after some real use. We just opened on Christmas morning for our child in college who needed them for a flight in 2 days. update 01/06/18 - they have said they will replace the suitcase and get us the matching carry-on we purchased. I will update when/if they follow through, as they said they are waiting on more to be in stock. If they follow through I will give them 5 stars.

Sturdy wheels, durable. However noticed a few scratches after use during traveling in the airport (TSA has no respect for your luggage). Worth it tho. Fits a lot of clothes, love the variety in sizes.

Good stuff

We just took these on vacation and they held up beautifully. There’s a few scratches but being plastic, there’s no surprise. They fit lots, the lock works well, zippers don’t catch. And the sizes work great for our family.
