Just received the set. Carib blue is darker than expected but very nice. Dry pleased all in all. Flawless!

I purchased this luggage and I love it!! The price is reasonable, they have lots of colors and it didn’t take very long for delivery!! Very very durable.

Lightweight set however I am actually leaving for Florida today so have no other options. As I am closing luggage, the zipper keeps opening. It will not last at all. I am afraid that while I’m away I will need new luggage. When I return I’m hoping to speak with sellers for this item.

Luggage looks nice but that’s about it, I used this set for one trip only closed the zippers a few times and by the 4th attempt they split, after struggling to get it closed we thought it was fine until we got to baggage claim and they had to tape it back together and we could barely get it of the belt! I was so embarrassed and disappointed. Really hoping to get a refund as this did not hold up to even one trip! Update: I received my refund right away from Amazon after I made my return, then the seller contacted me and offered a $50 Amazon card if I change my review to 5 stars. As a frequent Amazon user I look at star ratings and reviews before making purchases as I’m sure many do, therefore I will not be changing my rating just because I was offered a gift card. I would like buyers to be aware that this luggage is not worth the hassle of giving you trouble while traveling just to have to return it later! Sorry

We purchased two three piece sets of this Coolife luggage for our daughter and son in law for Christmas. We were all going on a Christmas cruise so luggage was the perfect gift. After spending hours online looking at luggage we thought this product was the right choice. However, if I could I would have given it NO Stars. As we were packing for the cruise the telescoping handle on my daughters set fell off???? We put duct tape over the opening where the handle was supposed to be as there was no time to exchange the luggage for something better. The set we got our son in law made it out of the house but when he opened the suitcase on the ship, the pocket inside the case was totally split out by the zipper and raveling? Needless to say we were more than disappointed. We really thought we had found a product that would serve them well for a couple years but that is not the case. When you cant get out the door for the first use without it breaking you know you have made a mistake. Luckily we were still within the time limit to return to Amazon. If not for their return policy we would have had been stuck with defective luggage. Now we will begin the search again for something that will last longer than being taken out of the box. This could be a great product but at this point I would not recommend it to anyone.

Purchased luggage on customer reviews of excellent customer service. My second trip with the luggage resulted in a broken handle. After exchanging emails, service representative Frank offered only $30 for my inconvenience. Will not replace with another Coollife product.

Havent used it yet, but it looks good. Zippers and wheels are very smooth. Seems a bit bend-ier than I would have expected, but maybe thats a good thing, making it less likely to crack.

We got this luggage just before our trip due to needing a 28 suitcase. Upon arrival we thought they seemed nice, besides the handles being a bit flimsy. When packing the luggage to return home everything closed nice and easy. Upon standing the suitcase up the zipper separated. After that the zipper just continually separated and came open. After many attempts we were forced to use packing tape to secure our luggage. This was extremely disappointing. After this experience we are concerned about using any of this luggage again. Update: Coollife support has reached out and is working with us to try to rectify the situation. I will update again regarding if new 28 zipper holds up better.

I recommend this luggage. These set of 3 luggages have big space inside. Comes in 3 different sizes so can be useful for many purpose. The price is very good for this collection of luggage. The handles and the wheels are very smooth. They also have lock system attached. Zip is very easy to open and close. Perfect collection.

Just received luggage ,are happy with the quality . Haven’t used on a trip yet but are very lightweight and easy to maneuver
