I was very pleased. We just took a trip to Cabo, and the luggage held up well and I received several compliments on the color.

I received this item, the luggage is beautiful. My daughter was leaving for college so she packed the 2 bigger bags, once we got to the airport, the zipper on the bigger bag had ripped open, we were able to unzip it and then zip it back. Once she got off the plane and went to get her baggage, the zipper had ripped open again and some of her things were strewn all over the place, the baggage people laid her stuff on top of the suitcase. Beautiful luggage but not very sturdy UPDATE: 9-20-18 I WOULD LIKE TO THANK COOL LIFE FOR REACHING OUT TO ME RIGHT AWAY ABOUT THE ZIPPER ON MY LUGGAGE, THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU AND YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

I used The smallest suitcase for a weekend trip and within an hour of use the handle broke and would no longer pull out to the fullest. Then, when the trip came to an end and I zipped It up to go back to the airport.. the zipper popped open and completely broke. I had to duck tape it shut to fly home. Terrible experience with this luggage after 1 use.

My new luggage just arrived and on first impressions they get five stars! I bought them for a trip in a few months so if my rating changes after traveling I’ll update my review. I wish there had been more color options because I wasn’t a fan of the blue or pink but I am pretty happy with the charcoal.

They are great

First time using it. One of the wheels broke . Other than that I like the luggage. I am having a hard time communicating to the sellers to have one of the three pieces replaced.

So far so good. Very nice.

Took our new luggage to Florida last week and everything worked out great. Quality seems to be OK and survived the trip with no issues

No me quedé con el set porque al final, no necesitaba las 3 maletas, pero cuando llegó la calidad se veía muy buena, el peso dentro de los estándares. Nunca la use así que no califico la durabilidad después del viaje.

So far Im enjoying these suitcases. I was a little disappointed to see how scratched up they got first time flying, but everything inside was protected. They are also much lighter than my last canvas suitcases.
