My new luggage just arrived and on first impressions they get five stars! I bought them for a trip in a few months so if my rating changes after traveling I’ll update my review. I wish there had been more color options because I wasn’t a fan of the blue or pink but I am pretty happy with the charcoal.

Lightweight, good looking but questionable quality. Had an issue with the large 28 inch one and reached out to customer service. The process of getting a warranty replacement is not the easiest. They tried to give me 1/3 - 1/4 of the bags cost as a refund but what good is a bag with broken wheels? Overall dont feel satisfied with the purchase. If I am in the market to look for a bag I would look somewhere else. Update: Increasing to 2 stars as I finally got the replacement but now I am literally getting spammed with emails and call and voicemails to update my review to 5. This is a very shady practice and its really annoying,

I really love the teal set that I got. Looks nice and clean. I was worried about the handles on the large suitcase being too flimsy and it turns out I was right. After 2 trips in the states the handle was already loose , then I traveled out of the country and that was enough to break it. I have tried reaching out to customer service and Im hopeful they will get in contact with me after this review.

Haven’t used it much so I can’t review durability at this time. So far so good.

I got the luggage and it was amazing! Very high quality and looks professional and expensive. After I traveled with it I wasn’t too sure because a zipper broke but I contacted them and I think I just got a bad one. They had great customer service and made it right! Highly recommend working with them and will be ordering from them in the future.

Have only used these suitcases 3 times and the handle broke on the medium suitcase while carrying it down the stairs. It’s never been on an airplane and has only been in my car.

Just love the color on this set. I can pick this out easily at the airport. Rolling on my carpet also

Love love love my luggage! Purchased the medium sized first then bought the whole 3 piece set. Just used the large for a week trip for business and I had tons of room left! Best luggage ever!
