COOLIFE Luggage Suitcase Piece Set Carry On ABS+PC Spinner Trolley with pocket Compartmnet Weekend Bag(Night navy, 2-piece Set)

I wanted so much for this to be the perfect set of luggage. I love the front pocket! I love how smooth the wheels are and how easy it is to maneuver. I love the size and the pockets. I love the locks.

EDIT: I contacted the company regarding the damage (described below) and they immediately offered a refund or replacement, per my preference. I contacted them on a SUNDAY NIGHT and they responded to me WITHIN FIVE (5) MINUTES. I mean, what company does that? It was incredible. They sited that my issue will be passed on to the appropriate department, so that the potential for this type of damage will be minimized in the future. I opted for replacement, as I LOVE the product - Its pretty, offers protection for my work laptop, spacious, many compartments for organization - They obtained my shipping address, and a new suitcase will be on its way by now. I DEFINITELY recommend purchasing from this company - They seem to sincerely care about each and every customer, and work to provide exactly the products were looking for. ________________________________________________________________________________ The suitcase is exactly what I needed - Spacious, pretty, and I felt it would adequately protect my work laptop. HOWEVER - The bottom wheel broke through the hard shell casing at some point during my first airport journey. I noticed it wasnt wheeling correctly when I got to the boarding gate, but didnt think anything of it until I got off the plane and saw that the wheel was completely compacted into the suitcase.

UPDATE 8-3-2019 ***READ ME FIRST BEFORE PURCHASE*** Coolife customer service was very agressive in an attempt to contact me to make things right on my end. They apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience and offered a refund. They also asked bluntly if I would be willing to change my stars from 3 to 5 if I was made beyond whole again. I ultimately accepted the offer with the understanding that my opinions and observations would stand and I would be open and honest in my review as well as transparent with the whole interaction. PRO: -Customer service who cares enough to ensure your satisfaction and their reputation is saved. - Product had quality feeling fit and finish. Lightweight, rugged shell, decent handle, smooth zippers, quiet and easy rolling wheels. -Looks good too CONS: - It is possible, in my personal opinion, that the zipper design on the tech compartment may be susceptible to damage. The 2 locking tabs on the zipper pulls broke on the first and second use. The reason I think this is because the main compartment zippers had suffered zero damage and were in perfect working order. On the other hand the smaller tech compartment zippers had one break after the first flight (no longer secure) and the second broke after the 2nd flight. I believe it might be design related because it happened on 2 separate flights. Its also possible the first impact weakened the 2nd zipper, but also means another minor impact caused the break. Either possibility means the zipper tabs take substantial hits during travel. My suspicion is this is because of baggage handling practices. I was at the door to the plane when one employee slide the bag down a chute to a handler waiting at the bottom. This employee slid the bag handle first to avoid damaging the wheels upon impact with the bottom. Makes sense right? Unfortunately there is a 50/50 chance your bag will end up with the tech compartment door facing down. This will allow the whole weight of the bag to pinch the zipper pull tabs against whatever hard surface your bag hits on chutes and carousels during the handling process. Guess which part doesnt seem to survive this interaction? Pick your poison, broken zippers or broken wheels. Again, this is just an informed opinion and other than this POTENTIAL issue (which makes the security lock a waste of time) this was an awesome bag. Also, there is no other way to secure the bag once the tabs are busted. If Coolife changes the design and adds some loops, you may be able to use a stand alone TSA mini lock as backup. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I used my brand new COOLIFE Carry on to go on a trip to Hawaii. It took 2 different planes to get there and both were full flights. The boarding agent of the smaller of the 2 requested volunteers to check their carry-ons at the gate, so I went ahead and volunteered my COOLIFE bag. I was asked multiple times if it was a smart bag, guess its outward appearance appears like it would be? Anyway, when I arrive at me destination 12 hours later, I see my shiny new carry on has a sustained catastrophic damage during its very first adventure away from home and out of my hands. One locking zipper tab that is supposed to prevent the laptop compartment from being accessed had the locking tab sheared off and the little nub was still inside the TSA approved combination housing. The second flight it took broke the 2nd zipper tab. Not much use if I can no longer secure my electronics compartment during travel. Its unclear whether this was due to an abnormal blow during transport or whether it is due to a faulty material, but either way, I cant recommend it due to a possibly poor design and/or bad construction. This is no longer servicable/secure so I am going to return it as faulty. I will not ask for a replacement because I feel the design will likely be damaged again during travel.

It came fast, is light and looks like it will be great but it came with several scuff marks on it. They were there as soon as I removed it from the box.

I like the feature where I can put my laptop in front for easy access especially during the security check at the airport. Lightweight, easy to manage and cool. Its worth the price for 2 piece luggage.Highly recommended.

I recently took this carry-on on a trip to Japan, and admittedly I was a bit worried if it would be alright or not based on a few reviews I read. But Im happy to report that its more durable than it looks! Its been lugged around airports, various train stations, and throughout Tokyo. The wheels are perfectly fine and in great condition, and the casing honestly impressed me. There is a bit of scuffing on the back but nothing worth writing a bad review about. Im honestly very happy with this carry-on and look forwards to using it for more trips!

I travel a lot and often for work, Ive had this suitcase set for four months now and have had no issues. Love the electronics and documents component on the carry on. Wheels all work great, no issue with the zippers, love the coral color- would buy again.

Bought this suitcase set for my boyfriend. His old suitcase had a wheel missing, zippers not working, a hole in it (lol obviously outdated and needed a new one). He loves it! I think the price is pretty good considering you get two suitcases and how well they are made. Love the option to turn on the lock. The carry on suitcase conveniently has a front zipper to store little things. The insides of the suitcase also have lots of storage options. I told my boyfriend I loved his and he bought me a set as well! Can’t wait to travel with these

Bought the other options and get the like new Luggage. And everything is well so far. No signs of use and everything works well
