I like the feature where I can put my laptop in front for easy access especially during the security check at the airport. Lightweight, easy to manage and cool. Its worth the price for 2 piece luggage.Highly recommended.

My only complaint is that there is not a sleeve or anything so if one wanted to put it on top of a larger suitcase they could. It rolls very smoothly and has lots of room inside and it is easy to access only one side.

We were looking for a decent carry-on luggage for our back to back trips. TSA could be a time killer if you have a regular luggage or back for all your stuff. Whats great about this bag is that it has its own stow-away compartment for your laptop/tablet, which is easy to access for TSA or just to get it especially if you dont have a backpack or just want somewhere to easily access that. The bag is so light-weight that you can pretty much use the allocated weight per flight for your stuff. The wheels also help easily navigate from one point to another and you can barely feel the weight of the bag when you roll it around. Price is reasonable, its not the top of the line type of materials and look, but it looks top of the line personally and the quality is up there.

Zipper kept unlinking, finally broke after about 3 uses

This was perfect for a 5 day trip to the Caribbean. Holds a lot if you know how to pack well. Definitely fantastic to avoid checking luggage and hop right off the plane to a taxi/shuttle instead of waiting for baggage at the carousel. Definitely recommend.

Not made of hard plastic. I am worried about durability.

I’ve used this three times (only as a carryon) and the handles has started to have some trouble collapsing up and down. Unfortunate because I do like this suitcase

I was going back and forth between getting the super expensive top of the line luggage and these. I decided on this brand honestly because they were cheaper! And I just had a multi-airport trip and it just got a little dirty. The maneuverability is actually great. It’s got two handles to carry when needed. I love the organization on the inside as well. I’d say I’m satisfied with my purchase especially for the price

Update! Customer support reached out to us to help us figure out the issue! We appreciate that I loved the idea of having a front compartment! However, after using it for only a trip, I can’t even bring the handle down.

Worked great for a few trips but now the handle is stuck up. Not sure how I will fly back like this. Customer service reached and offered to refund me the purchase price of this piece. Good customer service gpa a long way!
