Used once but so far its great, moves well and light weight. Will get scratched but nothing you can o about that, overall no complaints for the price.

Pros: I enjoy the pocket at the front. It’s really nice for holding other stuff like your iPad, small laptop. Wouldn’t recommend for a 15 inch laptop, I am not sure mine would even fit there. It’s a cute Carry-on for a short trip. It’s light weight and the wheels turn smooth like butter. It’s nice and tough on the outside. Cons: some of the pockets are just too tight for me. I think that the internal pockets with zippers should either have: more elasticity or just bigger sized pockets.

I bought these for my trip and I had zero issues with it. Its adorable, light and more room than I thought I would have. Obviously it gets a little scuffed up from the bag being tossed but it didnt break and everything was still in tact.

Is nice to put the computer in the carry on instead of the back pack.

My son is getting married in October and will be going to Mexico for his honeymoon. He needed a set as he always traveled with a duffle. It matches his bride to be in a different color

One weekend away with a round trip flight - I like this bag overall! Previously had soft luggage so it’s taking some getting used to, specifically that you can’t just open the bag a crack to squeeze in your forgotten hairbrush or a pair of socks, you need to pretty much open the bag all the way. The front pocket does make security easy though, for toiletries and electronics or passports and such. The wheels and handle are perfect - easy to maneuver and rolls with ease. Good height of the handle, feels pretty average. My only real complaint is the zipper is so loud! I wouldn’t have thought that’s an issue to look out for except the number of times I went to grab something for the bathroom or a chapstick or charger while someone else on my trip was sleeping, it felt so loud and intrusive, no quiet way to unzip the thing. Have not changed the TSA lock since I have only used as a carry on so far but seemed to work fine when I tried it out at home. Overall comfortably fit ~6 lightweight outfits and some toiletries + my kindle and chargers. Was tighter than a soft bag would be but flexes a little bit more than I expected for a hard shell.

I like the feature where I can put my laptop in front for easy access especially during the security check at the airport. Lightweight, easy to manage and cool. Its worth the price for 2 piece luggage.Highly recommended.

I bought this based on the great reviews. But it wasnt what I needed because there are so many separate compartments for toiletries, electronics and supplies, but barely any space inside the suitcase for clothes. I am traveling to Europe soon and needed a suitcase that can fit a weeks worth of clothes. The space was broken up into all these pockets and sections and wouldnt come close to storing everything I need to bring, so I returned it. Turns out the carry on suitcase I already had has way more room inside.

Bought this set for a long weekend and a short flight away. They came out unscathed from rough handling and long walks. Locks easy to set and work. Held large amount clothing etc.

EDIT: I contacted the company regarding the damage (described below) and they immediately offered a refund or replacement, per my preference. I contacted them on a SUNDAY NIGHT and they responded to me WITHIN FIVE (5) MINUTES. I mean, what company does that? It was incredible. They sited that my issue will be passed on to the appropriate department, so that the potential for this type of damage will be minimized in the future. I opted for replacement, as I LOVE the product - Its pretty, offers protection for my work laptop, spacious, many compartments for organization - They obtained my shipping address, and a new suitcase will be on its way by now. I DEFINITELY recommend purchasing from this company - They seem to sincerely care about each and every customer, and work to provide exactly the products were looking for. ________________________________________________________________________________ The suitcase is exactly what I needed - Spacious, pretty, and I felt it would adequately protect my work laptop. HOWEVER - The bottom wheel broke through the hard shell casing at some point during my first airport journey. I noticed it wasnt wheeling correctly when I got to the boarding gate, but didnt think anything of it until I got off the plane and saw that the wheel was completely compacted into the suitcase.
