Just got it, worked great for a road trip. Locks work well. Actually a lot of room especially if you get some of those travel bags that save space.

They are very straightforward with possible solutions and are willing to either send a replacement immediately (I couldnt do it with Amazon as Ive been travelling over the last couple of months) or a partial refund for the defective carry-on bag. I like the fact that this manufacturer stands behind their product. Im willing to boost my rating to 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1. The problem is solved and Im confident about getting good product support from the manufacturer. 2. The check-in bag is REALLY NICE! Super light weight and Ive been using it for international travels without any problem. Id recommend this set together with its manufacturer. ========================================= Original Review: This was a surprise birthday gift from my wife. The luggages look nice. However, the dual zipper lock on the carry on spinner gave me real hard time. First of all, I have to say that this dual lock design is ingenious, if it had worked. In my case, it didnt. The main compartment side always worked, but not the laptop compartment side. In fact, there was once I put my laptop in and pushed the zipper heads into the locker holes, and then could not open it. The button just got stuck and could not be pushed. I was so stressed out as I was supposed to get my laptop out for security check at the airport. And after that incident, I dare not to lock it. But then the zipper handles are just too big. I love the design and the lightweight. But the locker mechanism would definitely need some improvement.

The luggage is lightweight. I haven’t used it yet so durability has not been tested. It has lots of zipper areas to help with organizing. Addendum: This luggage held up very well in my flights. No mars, dents or dings. Highly recommend this set!! The spinner wheels worked with great ease!

Bought the other options and get the like new Luggage. And everything is well so far. No signs of use and everything works well

I love the front pocket, and the organization on the inside is great. But the stitching on the outside looks a bit cheap and the locking mechanism isnt as smooth as I feel it should be. (Compared to my husbands Samsonite.) That said though, it does its job and works well. And I love the color.

It’s perfect! This is the best suitcase I have ever had! I did a lot of research on most durable and light weight suitcases and for some reason this one didn’t show up as much as some others. I went with this one anyway because it’s wayyyy more affordable than the others and it was the only one that had a pink option. The size combo is also ideal! I use them both constantly with no packing problems. My husband and I travel often, near and far. We like to travel light and we almost never check a bag so I absolutely love the small case. It’s smaller than carry on size but larger than those small personal rolling bags we always see at the airport which was my goal. I have a bad back and I’m not allowed to lift more than 15 pounds, the suitcase is so petite and light weight that it’s just under 15 pounds when it’s fully packed to the rim. The large bag always has more space than I can use and it expands! The wheels and shell are extremely durable! It’s very well balanced, I roll it onto moving walkways on its own and it doesn’t flip or break the wheels. I RODE the suitcase through a 2 hour TSA line on a hard floor. I’d say this is the ideal suit case for any destination and occasion.
