The laptop section will fit a 15” thinkpad but it’s tight. I wish that the zipper compartment were on the same side as the laptop. When you lay it down with the laptop compartment on top then open the suitcase all the loose stuff will be one top and will fall out. Even with that it is a great carry-on and I the locking system is perfect.

I got these as a gift for my girlfriend and am thrilled with all the great reviews I had read so it is not a surprise when they showed up earlier than expected and in great condition! Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for good quality luggage!

I bought this based on the great reviews. But it wasnt what I needed because there are so many separate compartments for toiletries, electronics and supplies, but barely any space inside the suitcase for clothes. I am traveling to Europe soon and needed a suitcase that can fit a weeks worth of clothes. The space was broken up into all these pockets and sections and wouldnt come close to storing everything I need to bring, so I returned it. Turns out the carry on suitcase I already had has way more room inside.

We used the smaller suitcase. It surprisingly fit way more than I thought it would. The compartment on the outside was great and easy to access my travel documents and passport. This bag held my very heavy backpack on top with no problem, and it was still easy to maneuver and the wheels were very strong.

My luggage is unable to unlock! I was sent a locked luggage and I cant even unlock it or use it!

It came fast, is light and looks like it will be great but it came with several scuff marks on it. They were there as soon as I removed it from the box.

I’m updating my review. My previous one was rated a lot lower, because the small suitcase that I received would never open. The company, however, reached out to me and was able to send me another small luggage to replace the one that would not open. I am very pleased this company cares so much about their customers and their satisfaction. It really says a lot about them. With that said I have only used the large one on my recent trip and I loved it. It comes with so much storage and is very durable. I love that it has a lock on it, which makes me feel safer from anyone being able to just unzip and take something out. I have not used the small one, but I am looking forward to it. I bought this set with high intentions of being able to take my laptop with me on trips, and using the easy access front zipper to take my laptop out when I need it, without having to disrupt the inside of my luggage. It also has a safety lock combo, so I can keep it safe while I’m on the go. I can’t wait to use it now. Thank you for your great customer service Coolife luggage.

Handles gets stuck while fully extended, which sucks when youre boarding and annoying people while trying to get your luggage to fit in the overhead bin. Only worked well for one trip. Tried WD40 but it didnt help--I expected better quality at this price. Wrong dimensions for some airlines as well. The laptop pocket doesnt work very well either, I feel like its wasted space and you would be better served by carrying your laptop in a backpack instead. Aesthetically, its a nice looking bag and seems somewhat durable apart from the handle.

I bought this set for my Europe trip. I pulled them all around the cobblestone streets, up and down stairs, in and out of trains. I loved them!! Really great set- Sturdy, wheels were great, kept my tourist gifts safe, held more than it should’ve (I really packed in those clothes). I love that they lock, sides expand, and the color is super cute!
