The luggage is just as advertised. It is very lightweight. I love it.

I purchased this set more for their function rather than for their looks. That being said, these suitcases look great. I had read that they mark easily and after having taken the large suitcase on an international trip, can confirm. You can see the marks in the second picture. They can be scraped off but it takes some focus and I didnt care enough. The two suitcases are slightly different colors (big one more bluish, small one more grayish) but you can only recognize this when they are next to each other and, again, it wasnt enough to bother me. Both colors are great. They are also both very professional looking. After having used the large suitcase on one trip, I can say it held up very well to international travel with four total connections. This is the first hard-shell suitcase Ive used and it was different to pack two different sides before folding one on the other. The interior zipper shield on one side held the clothing well and made the zipping up process easy. I packed it nearly full with clothing, shoes and souvenirs and clocked it at 55 lbs on the way there and 62 lbs on the way back (I used the expand zipper on the way back. It provided about another inch or so in width and worked fine, though it did seem a little flimsy as I wheeled it around the airport). It seems easy to overpack but that can be a good thing depending on your situation. The exterior zipper was a little rough and was probably the most frustrating part of the whole suitcase. Getting around the corners was tough and I could see if you were frustrated and trying to hurry you could force it and either break the zipper or have the zip not align properly, but I could still secure it by being gentle with a little patience. The TSA locks were easy to set and worked fine, though I could see how they could break if the suitcase snagged at the wrong angle. The wheels are smooth enough, though Ive used smoother ones (granted they were on much more expensive suitcases). The suitcase has a tendency to spin if youre not focused on pushing it in one direction, but has no issues tracking as long as you are deliberate. The telescoping handle also wasnt the smoothest, but I didnt encounter any issues there either. The handles on the top and side seemed flimsy at first but held up as I moved it up stairs and into cars with the full load. I cant truly comment on the function of the carry-on as I havent used it yet, but I do like that it fits all airline limits for carry-ons (while airlines will let most carry-ons onboard, you occasionally see agents checking and multiple bags failing to fit). Overall, Im very happy with my purchase and look forward to using them for many more flights.

Update. The larger suitcase is to big. It’s easy to over pack and it weighs to much for a checked bag. You end up paying more. So far so good!

This is a carry on so mind the size when you order it. It fit great on the planes overhead compartment and its extremely strudy and secure. Very tough the moment you feel it. It also has 2 number dial locks for the zipped compartment in which you can set your own passcode. There are tech compartments as well for your laptop or tablet. Overall a bit pricey but its very well built.

They are very straightforward with possible solutions and are willing to either send a replacement immediately (I couldnt do it with Amazon as Ive been travelling over the last couple of months) or a partial refund for the defective carry-on bag. I like the fact that this manufacturer stands behind their product. Im willing to boost my rating to 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1. The problem is solved and Im confident about getting good product support from the manufacturer. 2. The check-in bag is REALLY NICE! Super light weight and Ive been using it for international travels without any problem. Id recommend this set together with its manufacturer. ========================================= Original Review: This was a surprise birthday gift from my wife. The luggages look nice. However, the dual zipper lock on the carry on spinner gave me real hard time. First of all, I have to say that this dual lock design is ingenious, if it had worked. In my case, it didnt. The main compartment side always worked, but not the laptop compartment side. In fact, there was once I put my laptop in and pushed the zipper heads into the locker holes, and then could not open it. The button just got stuck and could not be pushed. I was so stressed out as I was supposed to get my laptop out for security check at the airport. And after that incident, I dare not to lock it. But then the zipper handles are just too big. I love the design and the lightweight. But the locker mechanism would definitely need some improvement.

I love how cute and chic this carry on is! I also love the inner straps that help keep everything together. That said, one of the zipper broke the very first time I travelled with this bag which was a huge bummer.

I like the feature where I can put my laptop in front for easy access especially during the security check at the airport. Lightweight, easy to manage and cool. Its worth the price for 2 piece luggage.Highly recommended.

First time using the big one since buying and when I was loading it up i noticed a pretty decent sized rip near the zipper. I bought this in 2021 but havent had to use the bigger one until now and it looked fine initially.

I recently took this carry-on on a trip to Japan, and admittedly I was a bit worried if it would be alright or not based on a few reviews I read. But Im happy to report that its more durable than it looks! Its been lugged around airports, various train stations, and throughout Tokyo. The wheels are perfectly fine and in great condition, and the casing honestly impressed me. There is a bit of scuffing on the back but nothing worth writing a bad review about. Im honestly very happy with this carry-on and look forwards to using it for more trips!
