> 3 dayYou can just tell the air is clean. Its in the master bedroom, approx 300 sqft. I am allergic to a dog we got for the family after having dogs most of my adult life prior to having kids. Immune systems change....so this thing helps during sleep and when in the bedroom in general for my eyes. I have zero respiratory problems when in the bedroom as well, not stuffed up at all, but I will preface by saying I dont really have any breathing issues in other rooms the dog is allowed in either. So do not take my word on respiratory quality after purchasing. I used to have dogs as I said so somethings up now and I bought for my eyes solely, another major part of allergies and what hits me the worst. I have eye issues in the house in all other rooms if in them too long, except when spending lengthy time back in the bedroom and of course sleeping. One might think its obvious that sleep is okay even without an air purifier because you close your eyes, but if you know, you know. Without, if your eyes bother you, theyll physically hurt even when closed sometimes, all the way to wanting to scratch the daylights our of your tear ducts during the day. And then when you wake up without better air in your bedroom in this case, youll end up with puffy eyes and massive eye crust, way more than a nights sleep without exposure to the clean air. ALL GOES AWAY WITH THIS. I even have high cathedral ceilings in my bedroom. Starting at 8ft on one side with a pitch to well over 14ft in a room that is just over 300sqft. The auto mode seems effective even for the added cubic feet in the room (remember CADR rates are based on 8ft ceilings), but my wife doesnt like it when it kicks up to medium sometimes while sleeping. It does work though, the dog will literally come in and sleep on the floor at times...and wouldnt you know..Mr. Mighty mitigates her footprint in the air. Run it on high during the day and change the air over as often as possible in a bedroom when no one is in it if its too loud for you and it will be more than effective even if just permanently set to low at night instead of auto unless youve placed it in too large a room. It is too loud on high. High is like sleeping in a hotel room in a humid climate location where they let you change the thermostat temp, but the fan is ALWAYS programed to be on. If you cant deal with that kind of white noise, then do not plan on using this on high when present. It can be barely heard on low and you cant even tell its on. Medium is certainly tolerable depending on your tastes. Easy to clean pre-filter. Put a quarter over the air sensor light at night if it bothers you, its the light, not the sensor itself. Hope the HEPA filter last a long time. It should, my dog doesnt shed and I have mine sitting on a wide dresser at the end of the room across from the bed for a reference point to the distance, placement and noise factors. Perhaps if you are looking for this for a pet that sheds, especially a cat of course, then your filter may not last as long as advertised. I get a sense after all of the research that while these are good for pet allergies too, they are designed for folks that have serious environmental allergies, but this DOES work for me for the dog issue with my eyes. Hope this helps someone.

Greater than one weekI am not one of those paid to review folks-- I rarely actually leave reviews- but I LOVE THIS air purifier. Its easy to set up and immediately started working-- it made our home seem better almost immediately. IN LOVE <3

> 3 dayA very nice product. Looks great and is very quiet except on high which really moves a ton of air. Most importantly, it works! I have several allergies including, unfortunately, a minor allergy to my dog. Since using this product, I notice a very substantial difference. I used to wake with stuffed sinuses and something’s a bit of breathing trouble. After two weeks, these symptoms were fine. I never believed HEPA filters could work on a room scale level, I was wrong. Room is about 300 square feet with 9 foot ceilings. Works great. Completely happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayI looked at various review sites and the purifier was at or near the top of every list and the price point to value was highly rated. I kinda though air purifiers were a gimmick, but I put it on my night stand and for the first time in ages, I had no congestion, no post-nasal drip, and no headache upon waking. Its been the same every night. I keep it on setting #2 and have two big stinky furry dogs and I think it helps a lot with their dander and fur and smells, especially on damp days. As others have notes, the sound is quiet on #1 and #2, but theres a huge jump in the at #3. If you like white noise, youll love it. For me #3 is a bit loud, but I crank it up during the day or when I feel my allergies bothering me. Its kind of weird looking, as if I have a mini front load washing machine on my nightstand, but I would buy it again and probably will get a model designed for larger rooms to place in my basement den. So, my takeaway is that this thing works really well, and In breathing better. The air quality sensor is a bright blue but you can turn that light off and in. I love it! Thanks for making it a little bit easier to get up each morning without the usual effects of kicked up dust, pet hair and dander causing me poor sleep and long tired days. I love it!

> 3 dayUntil you use this hepa filter! I’m amazed at how well this works, how it automatically turns up or down based on air quality, how quiet it is at low setting, and how quickly it cleans the air! Very user friendly product, very happy so far! I can see why NY Times Wirecutter recommended it so highly!

Greater than one weekOk, so as the title states, Ive already wanted to return this thing once... no twice now. For the simplistic functions of this fan, it works but for the connected portion, its a total PITA and quite honestly, unless you want to fool with it on a somewhat regular basis, the connected/wifi version is not worth it. Straight out of the box, had a difficult time getting the device connected to our network and to the app. The instructions say that it works on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks but we ended up having to create a 2.4ghz network off our router (we have one that allows creation of both) just to get it to connect and even then I went around in circles with it to get it connected. When I finally got it connected, it seemed to drop offline a couple of different times and come back up. Only once did it drop completely offline and not come back up which put me through the same setup process again. After about 30 minutes and multiple expletives later, it finally reconnected. I like to think of myself as tech inclined. I work in IT on a support desk so I have the mindset for this type of stuff. IMHO, the tech in this device is pretty cheap, its definitely not the best or even mediocre tech. If you arent tech savvy, Id steer very clear from the connected version of this fan/purifier. With all of that being said, it seems to function as it should. I mostly run it on 3 during the day and on 2 at night. 3 is quite loud. 2 is enough for that white noise sound as its in our bedroom. 1, you can barely hear anything. Ive had to clean what they call the pre filter once already which is the screen over top of the charcoal filter. I get notifications somewhat frequently that our air is very unhealthy but not sure how accurate it is. Given the tech for the wifi is pretty crappy, Im not relying heavily on what this thing tells me about our air. Why? Because if I change the fan speed a couple of times in a matter of minutes, the sensor tells me that our air is healthy. The app is fairly simple. The controls from the app are slow to respond. If you want to change a setting, for example: mode from auto to eco then change the fan speed and turn the light off/on -on the device, this is going to take you at least 45 seconds. You press the button on your phone, wait several seconds before you can press the next button, so on and so forth. It allegedly connects to Alexa so you can say wake word turn air purifier to level 2 or something such as that but I find that its severely hit or miss. Half the time Alexa tells me that the device doesnt exist. I have until March 2nd for a return window so if this thing drops off line on me again, its going back. Oh- also, the registration email only comes in Korean. Thankful for Google Translate!! Buyer beware.

Greater than one weekI bought 5 of these, 3 for my house two for my daughter Air quality getting to be a big deal THE top rated in consumer reports for how well they actually clean the air. Unbelievably well packaged, with up to 3 layers of boxes and top and bottom egg crates Ive purchased multi-thousand dollar audio gear not better packaged than this I cant measure how good at cleaning air but trust the number ONE Consumer Reports rating. Add to that its VERY quiet, modern and attractive looking and easily tucked into a corner, what more could you ask for
