These doesn’t necessarily affect the quality of your prints but I think it’s an improvement that will improve your experience and when coupled with other upgrades contributes to getting consistent prints. Having all of these popular upgrades bundled together in one package is a great idea.

i immediately changed my plastic extruder. didnt want failure during printing or deal with a headache. good lenght off bowden tube and spare parts.

Bought this after the plastic one on my ender broke. Definitely better, keeps the pressure on your filament and is a must to replace the original plastic extruder. Bought another one when I purchased another ender replaced the plastic before it breaks.

These should all be standard from the factory(ies). All components resolve a few known issues with Creality printers: 1. Plastic extruders break sooner or later (usually 9 hours into a 10 hour print). 2. The factory springs are too weak and can cause serious bed leveling issues. (Also do Luke Hatfields Bed Stabilization mod video while its apart - trust me!) 3. Not as much of a game changer, the upgraded Capricorn Bowden tubing can improve print quality slightly. These go into all of my printers before they even get plugged in. The only thing Id change would be to offer a silicon spring replacement option, but Ive had great success with the yellow springs.

Im not sure if I just got a defective length of tube, or if it wasnt genuine capricorn, but none of the filaments I have will fit smoothly through it, and I have been unable to print anything at all with this tube on my machine. I thought I was having nozzle clogs at first, but after searching high and low for the source of my jams, I tried taking just a ~10 length of the tube and pushing my pla through it by hand, and it jammed before it got to the end, same with another brand of pla, same with pteg. That being said, the metal extruder and stiffer springs have both been welcome upgrades, and easy to install.

Everything was fine, the one issue that I encountered was for one of the springs, they dont completely fit because of the headed bed cable guide plastic being there. However, there is a pretty simple easy fix to that, use a pair of scissors, and with only 1 blade in the hole were the spring hits, twist and slowly widen the hole, the plastic is soft so it is pretty easy to do, afterwards the springs will fit and to keep the plastic piece in place, just simply zip tie it to the bottom.

Everything included as stated and is good quality. Installed smooth and seems to work great. Will know more after more prints. EDIT: Still going strong with no issues! Definitely recommend this must have upgrade for the Ender 3

If you haven’t upgraded your extruder, this is the way to go. Although there will not be a large jump in the quality of prints. It will increase the lifetime of your extruder ten times. If you have an Ender 3, just spend the money and know your extruder will last years!

The metal extruder upgrade makes an enormous difference in filament changes. One of my biggest struggles with the Ender 3 Pro was feeding the filament through the tiny hole. This upgrade allows the filament to glide perfectly into the Bowden tube every time. The stiffer springs reduced the need for constant bed leveling. I have not tried out the upgraded Bowden tube. Like many of the additional parts in the kit, I figured it was better to replace them when theyre broken since the OEM has never caused me any problems.
