It’s Way faster than the previous Hdd . Easy clone software tool that’s nice specially is free. My Laptop is old i3 , web pages pop up fast , writing to Ssd is not as fast I wanted to be because of older !3 processor , not a big deal, boots up really fast 30 seconds or less before was 3-4 minutes with the hdd. Good product I would buy it again. 5 year warranty is nice to have.

Literally caught on fire. I had the case open and noticed some flashing and when I looked over the drive was literally in flames. I rush over, and quickly disconnected it and put out the flames. Ive heard of this happening to others, though dont know what brand they had. Ive had Crucial memory fail before, but never this catastrophically. Crucial used to be known for really good products, but this is the last time I buy from them. Im switching to Kingston. I also have a WD Blue 500 gb that seems to be working fine. Was thinking about replacing all of my mechanical drives, but Im not so sure now. At least they dont burst into flames.
