Dyson V12 Detect Slim Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

I had this Dyson V12 Detect Slim for only 4 months before the cleaner head broke. Dyson customer service said it would be replaced under warranty, but unfortunately they have no replacement parts. Ive been waiting over 2 months now for a replacement part and they are still out of stock. The frustrating thing is Dyson continues to sell the vacuum on their site even though they have no replacement parts.

This is my 3rd stain cordless in the last 10 years. We use it everyday ( at least once) so the price ends up making sense. I love the button power instead of the trigger and the 3 power levels.

I really like the pick-up power of this stick! It makes cleaning the hard floors quick. The only downside is having to empty the dirt cup after every room. Dyson makes a great product.

I am enjoing using my new Dyson. I have the Kirby as well, which is a BIG machine. The Dyson makes it easier to pull out and use quickly and easily. As far as the battery life; it depends which power you choose. The BOOST lasts only 5 minutes where the economy will last over an hour.

This unit is very light. Its easy to use. The battery life makes it almost useless. My wife said no way. Maybe good for very short quick clean in a restaurant or office. The light weight is incredibly nice.

This vacuum is a game changer. I have a large house and work form home. Vacuuming is one of my least favorite things to do. This lightweight battery operated vacuum makes it convenient to clean up quickly. Batter life is great. The cannister is not large but easy to empty. I would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, the package was open when I returned from work several hours after it was delivered —— but it was double-boxed and all was perfect inside.

The vacuum has great suction power, the LED light works great for seeing dirt on the floor youd probably miss otherwise. Light weight, just easy to use (Love that you dont have to hold down the button like on other models) The ONLY complaint is if you use it in a decent size home you either need to buy a spare battery (not cheap) or know you will have to recharge a few times. But we love it!
