Greater than one weekJust buy it, but plan on having Netflix premium. You wont want to watch anything that is not Ultra HD 4K. I painted the wall with Behr silver screen from home depot. I have 134 inch picture in a 12 foot room. The picture quality is beyond amazing. I just hope this thing lasts for a while.

> 3 dayI got his PJ because it has high light output and a smaller form factor than its big brothers. I figured the lack of a full DC3 color pallet was an acceptable tradeoff. The colors are still incredible, I dont feel I traded off a thing and the brightness thrown up on an ALR Gray Elite Screen is fantastic even during the day it looks like a TV not a PJ. Way to go Epson! PS- The remote is great too.

> 3 dayWe received this item....which we have been soooo excited about! And the power wont turn on. We tried all of their tips in the user manual and still nothing. It is soooo disappointing to pay so much for a product & wait so long for it to arrive defective. We are quite frustrated. I mean, thank goodness this wasnt for a business meeting or something so very important. Id say this is not reliable.

> 3 dayUnless you are one of those excruciatingly fussy technophiles with Rolls Royce bank account, I cant imagine a better value in video projectors. This machine delivers the sort of knockout quality image that could not fail to impress this cinephile. I have made my way through a succession of these devices, since the 90s, and this one provides a viewing experience beyond my wildest dreams.

> 3 dayI recently replaced by 11 year old Mitsubishi projector with the Epson 3200 for my media room. However, after a short time I decided to return the 3200 due to internal dust on the lens and dissatisfaction with the black (or in this case gray) levels. I then upgraded to the 3800 and I am extremely happy. The contrast improvement between the 3200 and 3800 was immediately noticeable. The colors, contrast and sharpness are fantastic. While this is not a true 4k projector, it is miles ahead of my old Mitsubishi projector and an improvement over the Epson 3200.

> 3 dayWow, this with a 100 inch screen and ceiling mount is fab. Really great for movie night at home. Buy it, you will love it. Really awesome picture. I use a home theater Dolby receiver with nice speakers and a large sub so don’t use the project sound at all.
