The fan is good enough to keep the summer heat temperature down and they have excellent customer service.

The water is not circulating up and over the top, I’ve filled waters between min and max and I’ve turned on the cooling mode but doesn’t circulate. EDIT - after emailing customer service from their user manual, they replied within a day with helpful guide to fix, and I found that some parts disconnected, I assume because of handling during shipping which could be on Amazon’s part. I was able to fix it and now it is working perfectly! It is very cool!

We have this in our home in Southern Utah. We have air conditioning, but the air is so dry, I was always shocking myself when I touched anything. This brings up the humidity in the house and I have not shocked myself sine we bought it. We added hook it up to a hose and never worry about re-filing !

My brother lives in Fl. and does alot of camping. He swears by this thing. Says it cools down his 9 person tent beautifully!

Great product and service

I bought this item July 22, 2022. After a month the cooler beeps three or four times. the cooler indicator flashes and goes out, and cooler shuts off…. May a representative respond promptly to this developing issue……Thanks in advance.

We have purchased two of these units and I would have given a 5 star review: however, the freezer gel packs that they send with the units are sub-quality (they swell and the gel leaks). I have contacted the company and explained the issue, asking for replacement freezer gel packs. They have said they will send a better quality replacement for all four packs. I have not received them as of yet. I have advised the company that, if I do not receive better quality freezer gel packs, I will be returning both cooler units to Amazon. I hope that they stand behind their product and promise. I do like the units, but they will not work as efficiently without the freezer packs. Replacement packs were sent that had the same appearance of the first ones. Again after about three days use they started leaking again from the same place. I have contacted the company once again asking for resolution to this issue, its a shame that these freezer gel packs are of such poor quality.

I live in Central Texas. It gets hot in the summer. This brings the temperature down to where it is tolerable. When Im mowing the yard and I get too hot, I go sit in front of it and it cools me off. I recently owned a Portacool Cyclone 110. It was alright but it would only move the air out on one side. It was good for only one person it was aimed at. It was loud and I paid much more for it too. This cooler is far better. Much quieter and cools the air much better. The oscillating feature is really nice for keeping a larger area cool. It seems to cool the area much farther away from the unit than the Portacool did too. I am extremely satisfied with it and bought a second one to use in another location.

unit cools the air some but dont expect to be cold. It does make it more comfortable with its cool breeze. You can fill it with water manually or hook it up to the hose. We enjoy it.

This is a must have on any patio! The best part is you can load the top area with ice and water and the air comes out so much cooler. Definitely a 5 star product.
