> 3 dayIm not usually technologically challenged and I followed the directions and I tried over and over and over again could not get this device to see my Wi-Fi or pair via Bluetooth so it was essentially an outlet extension with no other function. Return was easy though.

05-06-2025The power strip works fine and pairs with Alexa. Whats annoying is the buzzing noise when plugin and something are loose inside thats rattling. Update: I received my replacement today and the power strip works perfectly with no issues

> 3 dayGot this product to control the timing of my turtle and bearded dragons lights in the kitchen. My cats kept turning off the dang power strip and resetting my digital timer. It was becomming annoying. Initial set up was more complicated then it needed to be. The instructions didnt match the wording in the app. So, I had to figure it out. For future reference to someone who wants to get it; the category is Electrical Engineering and the product is Socket. Other then the instructions not quite adding up, its been fine for the price. I may consider purchasing a few more.

02-06-2025These install so easy and work from my iPhone to control anything you plug in. I have 4 now and will get more. I really find the automated task schedule so easy to set up.

> 3 dayThese integrate into the Smart Life App and Alexa pretty easily. This is especially true if this isnt your first purchase that uses the Smart Life app... Of the 4 1 gave me a little issue pairing but it still worked on try 3. For these stypes of devices thats not uncommon to need to attemt to pair things several times. It is very responsive to command and the energy use meter is accurate. I would recommend these if you need a lot of smart plugs without wanting to but them one by one. Just my thoughts, AK

Greater than one weekNot going to lie, bought these to use with heaters. Yes, you can use smart plugs for heaters if they don’t draw any more wattage than the smart plug is rated for. Safety measures for heaters are mainly carried out to make sure people don’t plug them into plugs/power strips that aren’t made to handle the load. I.e, you plug a 2000W space heater into a $5 power strip from the dollar store, you might blow up your house. The little heaters I’m using are a simple 1500W and being that these smart plugs are rated for 1800W max, they are doing just fine so far. I was a little nervous these being the first smart plugs I’ve used, but they were super easy to connect and I had no issues downloading the app to set up. Everything went smoothly and they couldn’t be easier to use. I love that the app actually tells you how much energy the plug is drawing while it is running a device and the app even records the usage for that day so that you can go back and look at how much power you used within a certain amount of time if curious. Especially in consideration of your power bill. I’m also crazy about the fact that I can turn these off from anywhere if I accidentally leave them on and that on super cold nights, I can turn them on 15-30 mins before I get home so that I’m nice and toasty once I get there without having wasted energy. There’s even a timer option for the forgetful person in all of us. I look for these to save me a ton of money this mild southern winter as it’ll keep me from running anything unless absolutely necessary. Two thumbs up. 11/30/2020 UPDATE!!!: After using these for a week or two, Ive had to come back and deduct two stars. They originally seemed to be a five star product, but Ive noticed an annoying flaw. They keep falling offline and I have to unplug and re plug them in to reset, as theres no way to do this from the app. This is particularly aggravating as one is located behind my bed and I have to pull it back to get to it. Once I do reset though, they seem to reconnect to my wifi just fine. Now this could have something to do with the fact that my internet is satellite based and not DSL, but I doubt it as I have no issues keeping my other devices connected to it. One falls offline more often than the other, but theyve both done it. Either way, if I were to choose to buy some, I can say without a doubt it wouldnt be this brand. And unfortunately, this means I cant recommend them. 1/18/2021 Update Turns out, it actually was the Belkin router I was using. I ditched the router and set them up on my network that solely uses my Exede router and have not had any problems since with disconnection or otherwise. As a sidenote, I also stopped using them with my space heater because Id rather be safe than sorry and its just always a good idea to plug a heater directly into a receptacle rather than an extension of any sort. Anywhoozle, bumped them back up to 5 stars because theyre doing what theyre supposed to do quite well!

> 3 daySo far, I cant say enough positive things about these plugs! The app is professional looking and responsive, although a bit convoluted. But Its easy enough to figure out. The star of the show are the plugs which connected easily with minimal steps. Ive only deployed one so far and after it connected Ive been a able to switch it on and off with an obvious button on the app and almost no latency, not that that would be a big deal anyway. Basically, it just works. So far. So far, I couldnt be happier!
