Cool little gadget! I could figure out why my C by GE lights were not working. I bought this and now they work! It has a built In home hub, so you don’t have to buy a separate one! Plus I can turn off my living room lights with a touch of a button or by telling Alexa!

This was literally the easiest thing ever. I was skeptical because we had just returned 2 other smart plugs that apparently were not comparable with our 5ghz Wi-Fi. Anyways I plugged this one into the wall and was in the process of reading the directions when I got a popup from Alexa saying a plug was detected. I named it and we were off and running! Couldn’t be happier!

The plug is fine once its installed and connected to wi fi. The connection process is easy but it does not work. You have to repeat the process dozens of times I even had to take a break and go back to it.

I bought a 4-pack of smart plugs after reading they could be used to power down your Modem/Router rid yourself of unplugging the power cord. Well, those particular smart plugs use wi-fi so you can pretty much guess what happened when I tried to turn it back on... NOTHING! Theres no wi-fi available to turn the smart plug back on! So as I wrestled with whether I should return or keep the other plugs, I learned about the GE CYNC which uses both wi-fi AND bluetooth technology. Setup was so simple I thought I must have missed something. I plugged in the routers power cord and cycled it off then back on without a hitch, thanks to bluetooth. The router took its usual 3 to 5 minutes to re-establish itself and the connections to my many peripherals and devices.

They work absolutely Fantastic! Had to replace the old 2.4 because of our cable Wi-Fi upgrade, easy to install

I was very skeptical because I had just had a very frustrating experience with the Kasa Smart plugs and their app. I was pleasantly surprised. The Cync app was easy to use and my Christmas lights were plugged in ,synced and scheduled for use in only 10 minutes. I would recommend.
