I had to return 2 other smart plugs due to glitchy operation and/or difficult setup. This plug works great, the ap is easy to use, it was SUPER simple to set up. 100% recommended!!!

Together with an alexa capable lightbulb, we hooked this up to a vintage mcm lamp that has a light bulb in the base. It was troublesome mostly for me, having to reach it over a recliner. I like the lightbulb in all the time but my extended 2nd shift working hubby does not. First its, alexa turn on the plug, which turns both lights on. Then, alexa turn off the light. I appreciate not having to practically crawl over the recliner.

I am pleased with these plugs, I have been using them for over a year now along with the Cync lightbulbs. Every now and again I experience some issues when asking my digital assistant to turn it on and it doesn’t recognize the plug but I am able to override it using the app. It’s better than having the old fashioned clapper. Get some! You won’t be disappointed.

Own three of these and what I really like is their easy integration with the Alexa system, price is also a huge selling point so you get bang for the buck here. Reliability is also key, turns on and off on point.

Struggled to find a wireless router that works with ATT now that theyve gone to 5G in my area. I went to the online ATT store and purchased the smart plug they recommended for 5G, this one. I installed it to make sure it works with my system without having to reset my router then found this on Amazon for $2 cheaper each and purchased more for my other outlets.

The plug is fine once its installed and connected to wi fi. The connection process is easy but it does not work. You have to repeat the process dozens of times I even had to take a break and go back to it.

Great concept. We needed this when we went away on vacation to switch light on/off. You can control the switch on off anywhere far away from home. Make sure your router is close by, because we needed to use a router extension to pick up the wifi, otherwise it worked as mentioned.

These work well with the Cync app, easy to set up, but do not work with Alexa well. Mine work about half the time with Alexa. Returning them.
