> 3 dayI’ve tried a few. Cync is by far the best. Just upgraded my house from Wemo. Alexa integration is automatic and set up on Cync is a breeze. I strongly recommend!

> 3 dayI used the GE CYNC Indoor Smart Plug for about two months now. The installment and app connection process were easy, and after that I have not cared about plugging in and out. I am using it for my radiator, which is scheduled for the night 11pm-6am. Loves how it turns on and off by itself, so that I dont have to care about it.

> 3 dayAfter much internal debate, I ended up buying these because theyre from an established American company. The extra $7 (for the three pack versus a major competitor) be damned. Im usually pretty frugal, so $7 (~15% IIRC) was hard for me to justify for a product that, by reviews, was competitive but not better. Still, I felt good about the purchase. Unfortunately, they are very unreliable compared to the Amazon-branded plug I got for free with something or another. All three of them. At this point, its 50:50 whether they work... and half of the time of the half of the time that they DO work, theyll cycle power but apparently forget to tell Alexa that the job was completed, so she says theyre not responding. Very unrefined experience. They underwent a firmware update, I was hopeful that theyd be fixed.. but no. Still bad. To be honest, I dont even know why Im giving them two stars instead of one. Theyre built to do one thing, and theyre terrible at that thing. The only possible defense that I could propose is that ever since plugging them in, my other-brand light switch that controls my kitchen lights became less reliable too.. Im wondering if theyre fighting for bandwidth, which shouldnt normally be a problem since my network is not crowded, and there are only two other networks that reach my house that arent mine. Plus, these devices are supposed to be smart enough to work around each other. I dont think Im asking too much. Im well past my return window because I wanted to give them a fair shake to work out their issues. I now consider this a loss. Using them is actually less convenient than not using a smart plug at all. I wish I was here to write a glowing review, but Ill be shopping for a different brand next time. Not only is it not worth the extra cost over other well-regarded brands, its not even worth the same cost. Or even a cheaper cost. Maybe theyre working great for other people, but I can only report on my own experience, and its a poor one.

Greater than one weekI have two of these smart plugs and a smart switch The app is incredibly difficult to use and therefore the smart plugs and smart switch are difficult to set up. furthermore these smart devices spontaneously drop their connection to my local network requiring me to laboriously set them up again. After hours of frustration, I reinstalled mechanical timers.

> 3 dayThese work well, and I feel safer using the GE brand as opposed to brands Ive never heard of. Even if you just use them to trigger lamps, theyre very practical and save you effort over time.

> 3 dayI ordered a set of computer speakers, and they dont have an on-off switch. So I ordered this plug to allow me to turn them off. Easy integration with the Google Home app.

> 3 dayThis is the plug that you want if you’re replacing a Philips hue that suddenly quit working. This one does not require any extra apps or hubs. just plug it in open Google Home or nest do the add device procedure and Bam! It’s there! I wish it had the dimmer function though.
