> 3 dayI am pleased with these plugs, I have been using them for over a year now along with the Cync lightbulbs. Every now and again I experience some issues when asking my digital assistant to turn it on and it doesn’t recognize the plug but I am able to override it using the app. It’s better than having the old fashioned clapper. Get some! You won’t be disappointed.

> 3 dayApp is easy enough to use or it can be turned on/off by google alexa whatever. Its desynced a few times and needed to be fully reset before resuming use though which was really annoying when it was tucked behind my christmas tree. Otherwise its nice that its not ticking away all day like an oldschool light timer

Greater than one weekI was searching for smart plugs to integrate with my Alexa and none of them wanted to work with the wifi I use and this connected right away all I had to do was plug it up and my Alexa picked it up and connected. Great product love it

> 3 dayThese plugs include WiF, Bluetooth and internal memory to store routines. I purchased these to reliably reboot my modem and mesh network devices. The stored routines work without wifi and if there is a problem and my network devices remain off, I can connect locally through Bluetooth to interact with the set. These is a must have item for home networking.

> 3 dayNot quite as easy to install as the Amazon branded plug, but pretty darn easily with the GE app. Only a few extra steps. If you are looking for a more economical plug that is relatively easy to connect to Alexa, this is a good one. Using the advice of Amazon technical support, always get a plug made by the same company as the app as opposed to needing a third-party app.

> 3 dayI needed a smart plug that would work when there was no Internet. I needed a plug that would allow me to power-cycle some Internet gear (such as a modem or a switch) located in a crawlspace. Very likely, the reason I would need to power-cycle some Internet gear would be because that very gear was not working, i.e., no WiFi and no way to control your typical WiFi-only smart plug. Doh. So, this Cync plug automatically switches over to Bluetooth when there is no Internet connection. You dont have to do anything. I can easily switch the plug off and on via Bluetooth using the Cync app on my phone.

> 3 dayGreat for integrating on the cheap! I got a bunch of smart bulbs from a friend, but I wanted to control them anywhere, so I got this. Works great for turning Bluetooth only bulbs into wifi bulbs.

Greater than one weekThis device does not require an additional hub to interface with your home wifi. The Cync app is easy to setup and the device seems to have good WiFi range. Should you move your device to another outlet, the app recognizes the plug once it is plugged in again.
