> 3 dayIt was easy to install and set up. I use it to control power to a line of 5 (soon to be 12) web cams in a bird rehabilitation facility, so if theres a problem, I can reboot the entire system (cameras, switches, Wi-Fi) from 200 miles away without bothering the personnel. Worth the money.

> 3 dayThis device clearly has the best features of any such devices Ive tried. 1) It fit in the outlet box of my old (1943) house. 2) It has connections for solid wire instead of using pigtails and connectors that take up space in the box. 3) The base plate is steel allowing the ground connection to be made through the metal box. 4) Both outlets have the same orientation. 5) Each outlet and the USB connections can be controlled individually by wifi (Alexa). 6) The device was recognized and initiated by the SmartLife app so I didnt need the Geeni app.

> 3 dayIt took a little adjusting back and forth on the Geeni and Google Home apps to get voice control to work. I am certainly not savvy at these sort of things, so if I can figure it out, it must be pretty simple.

> 3 dayInstalled these almost 4 months ago to control my sons amount of time playing video games. Both outlets can be easily turned on/off by the app. Very easy to install and program.

Greater than one weekI see many reviews that say being able to control both outlets with Google Home. This is not my case and Im wondering if Im doing something wrong. I only see one plug in Google Home. Please see attached screenshots of Geeni and Google Home. Is it the naming? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

> 3 dayI dropped 1 star only because you have to use the Geeni App to set up schedules. But beyond that I am able to use my Google Nest to voice control them. And hey, if I am wrong about the setting schedules in Google home, PLEASE let me know how its done.

Greater than one weekI received the outlets and installed them easily in to the boxes in my house with no problem. I was able to easily link them to the Geeni app and Alexa. The problem I had was the box was missing the faceplate screws. I figured no problem, I will grab some white faceplate screws out of my collection and put them in. Lo and behold the outlets are not tapped for standard #6 faceplate screws. I contacted Geeni and was told to return them to the place of purchase for exchange. I contacted Amazon and quickly received a new set of outlets and of course no faceplate screws. Contacted Geeni again and after being placed on hold twice was told return them and buy them directly from us. Not going to happen. I am now going to try and find some screws that will work and paint them white. Great outlets but poor quality control at the factory as far as hardware is concerned. Great experience with the vender Tech Essentials and with Amazon but not so much with Geeni. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

> 3 dayNo hub required. Connects to your home WiFi network. Fits tight to the wall so nothing sticks out into close spaces. My only complaint ... there are no written instructions on how to program the device and the GEENI web site does not help. [Hint: each event (turn on)(turn off) must be programmed as a separate event.]

> 3 dayThis is exactly what I was looking for. Make the outlets smart and less money on the light bulbs, etc.
