> 3 dayThe only reason I bought this was because after minutes of grueling research, I found that my garage door openers had bulbs in them that interfered with my push button signal for my garage door opener. My garage door would open fine but would not close again for a while...until the bulb went out. It wasnt until about after 2 weeks that I realized thats what it was. When I found this out, watched some YouTube and boom! Found it. My bulbs were on and thats why the doors wouldnt close. The previous owner had some bulbs in there that were emitting a frequency that interfered with the signal. Changed these out with this one and everything worked like it was supposed to. Overall, I am very satisfied because my garage door opens and closes when I want, but it is also a pretty bright light. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayThe best solution Ive found. Has a nice bright white light with 4,000K bulb temperature. Most others have poor warm white at only 2,700K which gives a poor reddish-orange light which is hard to see by. This bulb completely eliminated the occassional remote interferance where it took several tries on the remote for the door to open. Now it opens/closes on the first push of the button every time. I wouldnt use any other bulb for my garage door opener. I bought a set for my sons house as well.

Highly Engrossed
> 3 dayI installed two of these lights and one has already gone bad. According to the description: Long Lasting And Low Cost: Purchasing one low-cost Genie bulb gets you an estimated 25, 000 hours of quality garage lighting. That comes out to 625 forty-hour weeks of operation. Yes, it was low interference and got along with my opener. However, the operational life was not as advertised and only lasted two years. Sadly, I ordered a replacement.

Greater than one weekI had a new garage door installed, a LiftMaster Elite Series which is WiFi enabled. After the installer left I inserted 150 watt equivalent LED lights. When the lights were on, both the garage door opener and the electronic keypad would not work. I called the installer and he said I needed to buy light blubs from the LiftMaster website because other light blubs interfere with the RF frequency, causing my keypad and garage door opener to malfunction. I did not want to wait 5-7 business days plus pay for shipping from LiftMaster so I took a chance and bought the Genie LED light bulbs using Amazon Prime. It arrived the next day and It works perfectly with my LiftMaster Elite. Very nice light output - each bulb is the equivalent of 60 watts. I am very happy with the Genie product. Definitely recommend.

Greater than one weekIve been using LED light bulbs in my garage openers for a couple of years. When we bought new Liftmaster openers, the range of the remotes wasnt great. I thought that maybe our regular LED bulbs were blocking the RF signals from the remotes, so purchased these bulbs. Genie states these bulbs work in all brands of openers (as far as I know, they do). When installed, the bulbs are DIM, even though the 4000K color temperature is excellent. Theyre supposed to put out 800 lumens and equal a 60-watt incandescent in brightness. My other 60-watt LED bulbs are much brighter than these. As the remotes effective distance didnt improve, I removed the bulbs, installed 100-watt LED bulbs, and spliced more wire on the openers antennas. The remotes now work better and my garage is brighter. I believe the Genie bulbs are good quality, but the dollar per lumen output is sub-par.
