> 3 dayLike many others, when I replaced old incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs I was not aware that they interfered with the garage door remote signal. Bought some cheap Garage door bulbs from somewhere else which were worse. Got these - problem solved - completely. Very happy with the purchase even though its crazy expensive for 2 bulbs!!

> 3 dayWe installed a new Genie garage door, and sometimes the remotes from the cars would work, as would the opener on the garage door, then other times they would not not work at all. We finally found out light bulbs could have something to do with that kind of thing. These Genie bulbs arrived and we installed them - and everything has worked 100% of the time since then!!

> 3 dayThe best solution Ive found. Has a nice bright white light with 4,000K bulb temperature. Most others have poor warm white at only 2,700K which gives a poor reddish-orange light which is hard to see by. This bulb completely eliminated the occassional remote interferance where it took several tries on the remote for the door to open. Now it opens/closes on the first push of the button every time. I wouldnt use any other bulb for my garage door opener. I bought a set for my sons house as well.

> 3 dayI purchased two bulbs for an older Craftsman opener. The bulb connected to one side is half the brightness of the other. Swap bulbs and both work fine for a while and then the other goes dim. I dont need anything that finnicky, just a light bulb.

Greater than one weekIve been using LED light bulbs in my garage openers for a couple of years. When we bought new Liftmaster openers, the range of the remotes wasnt great. I thought that maybe our regular LED bulbs were blocking the RF signals from the remotes, so purchased these bulbs. Genie states these bulbs work in all brands of openers (as far as I know, they do). When installed, the bulbs are DIM, even though the 4000K color temperature is excellent. Theyre supposed to put out 800 lumens and equal a 60-watt incandescent in brightness. My other 60-watt LED bulbs are much brighter than these. As the remotes effective distance didnt improve, I removed the bulbs, installed 100-watt LED bulbs, and spliced more wire on the openers antennas. The remotes now work better and my garage is brighter. I believe the Genie bulbs are good quality, but the dollar per lumen output is sub-par.

> 3 dayI bought these because the instructions for may Chamberlain wall-mount opener remote light said to NOT use LED bulbs unless they are specially for garage door openers. These bulbs are way dimmer than I was expecting. Probably equivalent to about a 40 watt incandescent bulb at best. I replaced them with normal LED bulbs an have not had any issues with the opener.

> 3 dayMore expensive than the regular garage opener bulb but it is worthy, the lights are so bright that you hardly see the Genie logo. There is a video from Genie that test drop the bulb from a story high and still light up. That mean the vibration of the motor won’t affect the bulb . The first picture is with regular bulbs. Big difference, day and night.
