> 3 dayThe light turns on immediately when the garage door button is pushed. It is so wonderful to have a light in the garage again. Regular bulbs burn out so fast because of the vibration of the opener. So far this bulb is awesome! I have no idea how long it will last; but I hope it lasts longer than a month.

> 3 daySince most LED bulbs interfere with garage door opener frequencies, this is an absolute must have. My opener has two of these and there has not been any degradation of the opener signal.

> 3 dayThis works very well in my LIFTMASTER Garage Door Opener with a 41A1344 Light Socket. The socket has a thick collar to it, preventing all of the compact fluorescent bulbs I tried. LEDs have a risk of interfering with the radio signal and the incandescent that is bright enough to use burns and melts the plastic covers on the opener machine. The Genie GLEDB2-R2 was the perfect answer: it fit the socket, was bright enough to illuminate our garage for safety, did not interfere with the remote opener signal, and doesnt get hot at all. Ive very satisfied with it. Thanks, Genie!

> 3 dayThe only reason I bought this was because after minutes of grueling research, I found that my garage door openers had bulbs in them that interfered with my push button signal for my garage door opener. My garage door would open fine but would not close again for a while...until the bulb went out. It wasnt until about after 2 weeks that I realized thats what it was. When I found this out, watched some YouTube and boom! Found it. My bulbs were on and thats why the doors wouldnt close. The previous owner had some bulbs in there that were emitting a frequency that interfered with the signal. Changed these out with this one and everything worked like it was supposed to. Overall, I am very satisfied because my garage door opens and closes when I want, but it is also a pretty bright light. Highly recommend.
