Genie GLEDB2-R2 2 Pack Garage Door Opener LED LIGHT BULB, 4000K,White

The light turns on immediately when the garage door button is pushed. It is so wonderful to have a light in the garage again. Regular bulbs burn out so fast because of the vibration of the opener. So far this bulb is awesome! I have no idea how long it will last; but I hope it lasts longer than a month.

I ordered these along with my new Genie garage door opener. They work as advertised. I recommend them.

I was hoping the range would not be impacted on my Chamberlain smart Myq opener with these pricy lights. With halogen bulbs my door operates over 300 ft line of sight. With these Genie lamps its iffy within 30-50 ft, maybe a little worse compared to cheap LEDs I tried. Could be one or both of the pair are defective, but not worth playing around with them to find out.

These bulbs say they do not imminent signals that block the garage door opener from working. I switches hoping it would work but my garage is still very hard to open with the remote. The bulbs are super white too.

These may be more expensive than a standard bulb but they are well worth the price so I dont have to climb a ladder to replace a bulb often. They dont blow out during cold weather either.

Installed these on new Genie garage door opener. Two sockets, quick install and the light in nice and bright. Other incandescent bulbs would fail quickly even though they were called garage door bulbs and were able to take the vibration. Ive had these for 6 months and theyre very good.

We use this in our garage and on the garage door opener. It does not interfere with door’s functionality. Our previous light bulb prevented the garage door from opening (using the preset switch in the car) when the light was on. No more interference with this bulb and it’s brighter than I expected.
