Genuine Winix 115115 Replacement Filter A for C535, 5300-2, P300, 5300, White/Black

I have been using this air cleaner Winix 5300 for several years, buying the same filter, the last one not long ago in Sept. but this is the first time MOLD is growing on it. It arrived new/clean as always. No new changes in the room. The filter is very dirty and I got another one again. Why there is now mold, I do not know. Not sure its safe. I keep it in the larger room. Mold has never grown on it before. I have to change mine frequently so I also bought another brand too. I have a ware climate with high humidity so not sure whats up now. Maybe the older Winix 5300 has worn out or gosh, who knows. Update-Dec. 12, 2019 ::: I bought another replacement 2 months ago and its filthy dirty already.( I have another air cleaner in the same room too-different brand.) This is way too expensive for me and not 100% positive either really help my air or my health.

The filter is quality, just like the one that came with the unit. it came in the box that said Genuine Winix. I would buy from them again when I need to replace.

We live in an area that is dry & the wind (which in our area can whip up really fast) causes lots of grit/dust to get everywhere. I have noticed I do not have to dust as often. Which saves me time on housework. Love the time it saves me.

Easy to replace in air filter unit just like the original. Bit of price premium compared to low cost no name brand offers. Worked as expected. Lasted as long as the originals it replaced. No funny odors.

Living in California, with all the wildfires, good filters are essential. My brother recommended these and they work great! The blue light indicates no air problems, the orange means something is in the air and the red light means theres lots of stuff in the air and its going to take it out! My cat has airborne allergies and these are actually helping her scratch less!

I have 2 Winix units and have purchased the cheaper filters in the past. I recently purchased the Fette filters and they let off a very strong smell so I returned them and decided to spend the money on these. These filters are made in South Korea and you can definitely notice the quality of the HEPA and charcoal filters compared to others. They also fit the units perfectly. Highly recommend.

Replacement Filter for my air purifier came superfast and very easy to install. It was perfect.

It’s the Original Filter. I have ordered about 3 times and I like it. It’s a little pricey. It’s better than going for knock offs. It last about a good 10-12 months. I usually change mine out at the 12 month mark. It’s usually starts to put out funky air at the 10-12 month mark and that’s how I know it’s time for a new filter. The funky smell is probably all the old dust, debris, and cooking odors captured by the filter.

Works well. Never had a problem with these. I think they’re better for small rooms. Don’t notice a difference in larger areas or rooms. I find the hepa filter doesn’t last a full year so it’s good the price isn’t too high. The only problem is Amazon’s drivers are either too lazy and/or totally incapable of following delivery instructions.

Ordered this to replace the Hepa filter and activated carbon in a Winix 9500 air purifier. Typed in the make/model under does this fit...., and it stated that it did. Upon installing, the Hepa and carbon filters are about a 1/4 too big each way. It was no big deal to trim down the carbon filters, but had to squash the Hepa in place, leaving some open spots around the outside. The spots are mostly covered by the washable pre-filter, so Im not too worried. After doing a little research, it is my understanding that Winix no longer makes a direct, perfect fit replacement for the 9500, which sort of defeats the idea of air filtration. Other than that, I am happy with the product. Well made, and Im sure will work well enough for what we need.
