Greater than one weekI can understand why some people are confused while setting up but I found it very clear & easy. The instructions state what app to use and that it can’t be set up on 5G Wi-Fi. I already have both regular Wi-Fi & 5G, so changed my phone settings to the regular Wi-Fi while setting up & it connected within minutes. The 3 smart USB ports & 3 smart plugs work great with my Alexa & I use the other 3 plugs for things that don’t require Alexa anyway. It took a second to figure out how to connect the app to Alexa but after that it was easy to change the names of my plugs for commands and it now works very nicely
