I absolutely love this device and it works great! The only issue was it didnt clearly say what app to download to control the device. Download the Smart Life app to control the device.

I got this extender to go into my office space to work with my Alexa so I could set up automations for my work equipment. The reason why I’m giving it three stars is because the instructions provided suck. It took me a minute to figure it out how to set it up. I ended up coming back to Amazon to find out which app I was supposed to download to set it up. The instructions provided didn’t have that. Also it keeps falling out of my outlet. The extender not even full and it keeps falling out. I wish all the outlets could be smart outlets but you get what you pay for. So until I get some many to upgrade. I’ll just use this one. So I wouldn’t recommended to a friend.

Unable to use this device. Very unhappy. Device is not detectable.

Out of the blue it stopped connecting to the wifi. I’ve reset my modem and router. I reset the device several times and nothing. It has power just cannot get the device to show in the device so I’m back to unplugging and plugging devices again.

This has 3 Individually controlled outlets, NOT 6 as the main description says. Totally misleading. Amazon needs to do something about these types of misleading descriptions.

Pins on the back for the wall sockets are mounted upside down rendering the USB slots unusable.
