Global 7 Vegetable Knife

I bought this knife years ago and its still going strong. I wouldnt trade it for the world. If I could afford it I would get the whole set. I use it all the time. It is my GO TO knife.

Global is my knife. There are a lot of great knives, but Im loyal to Global because it hasnt let me down at all.

Like all Global knives, the 7 inch vegetable knife is razor sharp and seems to hold its edge. I would get the shorter version of Global’s vegetable knife rather than the 7 inch version as the larger knife can feel heavy and less maneuverable.

We got this for my Dad for Christmas and he loves it. Hes got all sorts of fancy knives and has used them for decades but hasnt stopped talking about this one.

Love this knife. I have several Shun Classic knives. This knife stays sharper longer....and has become my go to knife for all activities. It will slice through a tomato...paper thin. It makes slicing vegetables for a veggie soup a dream. Love Love Love it. I purchased the Minosharp hand sharpener and touch it up on a monthly basis. I have had the knife for about two years and it is still performing wonderfully. Do not hesitate...buy it!

Very cool and unique shape. As you could imagine it is a perfect knife for cutting vegetables.

The Design of this knife is HORRIBLE! Not all people are as careful as they want to and we know what we will get (painful cut!). This brand is not taking peoples security into consideration. The corner close to the handle is general really sharp and some items even have a curve that is making it worse. I am really unsatisfied that the sharpness of this brands collection is good enough while you may get a few stitches on your skin easily.
