We got this for my Dad for Christmas and he loves it. Hes got all sorts of fancy knives and has used them for decades but hasnt stopped talking about this one.

Best knife for cooking Ive ever used - its nice and light and keeps its edge.

My wife says that this is one of the best knifes shes ever used with excellent balance, light weight, and great grip. Very sharp and minimal effort required to cut and slice fruits and vegetables. Only reason for the 4 stars because the knife has only been used for less than 2 months. So my wife wants to wait and see how it holds up over time. As of now, its highly recommended.

We have a few other Global knives and theyre just the best. This is a great, EXTREMELY sharp and ergonomic knife. It sits well in your hand and is also a beautiful knife.

Bought this on sale at Amazon. Thought it was going to be bit bigger for my wifes small hand, but I and her loves to use it. It is great for slicing vegetables and meats.

Very cool and unique shape. As you could imagine it is a perfect knife for cutting vegetables.

ive been using this knife for about a decade now pretty much exclusively. its light and handles well and can do most anything i ask of it. blade have never required professional sharpening despite constant use (i go over it a few times with a ceramic steel when i use it). no rusting or staining to speak of. ive used lots of different knives, from ginsu to high end german and this one is the answer for me. i expect to use this knife daily till i die
