Global 7 Vegetable Knife

bought it for my gf, recommended by a chef friend, shes been a chef for 15 years, loves it.

Global is my knife. There are a lot of great knives, but Im loyal to Global because it hasnt let me down at all.

from this point on i will only be buying Global knives. that is if i ever need any more knives. these should last even for my grandchildren to use

We have a few other Global knives and theyre just the best. This is a great, EXTREMELY sharp and ergonomic knife. It sits well in your hand and is also a beautiful knife.

Cuts veggies like butter, fits the hand very well. Quality knife.

Can I say enough great things about this knife? I could not be happy in my kitchen without it. I use this knife and the shorter version of it three to ten times a day and have owned them for 12 years. It makes preparation easy; so much so that if I cant use my Global knives I dont want to cook!!! They are not slippery when wet, are ergonomically perfect and will NEVER break or wear out. I am in love...you will be too. Get a good steel and this knife is your love for life.

Love this knife but be very careful because it is very sharp. I have been looking for the perfect veggie knife for years this is the first one I would give my seal of approval. My only complaint is I usually like to have a cover for my knife and this one doesnt come with one. I put it back in the box for now.

The knife is sharp and stays sharp for a long time. Looks beautiful too. I do not feel the handle is slippery as some other reviewers had experienced.
