This soldering iron is is better than other soldering irons I’ve had before.

I had to return this as I made the stupid mistake of ordering a 120v product for use in a 240v country. Again. Anyways, it looked pretty sturdy and Hakko has a great reputation. I ended up with a TS100 which works just fine for me and my hobbies. ive bought a hand full of irons and guns but this one blows them out of the water its not even funny. It heats the wire up so fast and paints the solder like a brush on canvas dont waste your time or money on anything else just get this one

I absolutely love this soldering iron. I have small arthritic hands and it is small in your palm and has a short barrel so easy to control!

This is by far the best iron for doing stained glass work that I have been able to find. I do stained glass work for a living, and this is the only iron I will use. If you are using it all day every day like I do, the heating element will go out after about a year. But Ive found that is true with most irons. This one is consistently as hot as I need it to be, and reliable, and will continue to be my iron of choice for my work.

This is really a nice iron. I had another brand but I have been using this and it’s working so much better. The temp is staying consistent
