Coming from a Weller 100W iron this one seems paper light. I thought the long cord might be a problem but (to me, at least) it makes it easier to solder without feeling like its difficult to move the iron around. My wife liked the first one so much I needed to get a second so that we could both be soldering at the same time. Heating up is fast and temperature control is very good.

After a few times of use has become rusted.

The key is superfluous, as you can turn the dial with your finger. Otherwise, a clever design and works like a charm.

I didnt expect this to work as well as it does.

My solder lines have improved and I don’t have to turn it off to just temp...buy this one..

Cream of the crop

I was hesitant to put out the money for a new iron. This was the best investment for my stained glass work. Light and easy to use. My hands and glass are ever grateful!
