I should have bought this years ago ! Its so freaking hot I just touch the PCB and tin it like water. I build circuitry for fun and for car hobbies and this works wonders. I havent been able to explore its features yet but so far its amazing.

After a few years of using a cheap hakko 936 knockoff I decided to get the real thing and Im so glad I did. Ive used it for smd components as well as desoldering components from old boards and it performed flawlessly. The iron heats from room temp to 750 degrees f in 30 seconds and maintains temp perfectly. I read alot of reviews saying the temp control setting is not intuitive and difficult but after reading the instructions and using it I find it very user friendly and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this soldering station to anyone who is looking to upgrade from a cheap knockoff or wanting to start off with a quality tool that gets the job done fast and efficiently.

This is a great soldering station. It has very accurate temperature control, and heats up very fast. It makes soldering that much more enjoyable. The kit is nice!

I was a bit upset at first as I ordered the solder station with additional tips. An opened/unsecured box arrived (not taped closed) and no additional tips. Contacted Amazon, and 2 days later I received a replacement that was complete. Great customer service. The temperature control and easy to change tips make this an easy purchase decision.
