Greater than one weekAfter using eucalyptus-infused blue tape, I decided to use something different, and this one popped up. Good things: * I love that I can rip it with my hand half-asleep in the morning, no scissors needed. Be careful not to fray though (more later) * Very easy to remove, no sticky residue, doesnt pull your skin * Easy to put on, conforms to the palm contours very well * Just one layer is good enough for me, your mileage may vary Now the more questionable parts that you can address: * if frayed when you put it on, it may bother you at the edges as on your inside hand rubs on the handle. So, be careful. It is easy to do it right, just pay attention. * A drawback may show up when it gets wet with the lake water splash as you row. I noticed that the outside hand remains in good condition while the inside hand starts losing its adhesion due to rotation. It irritated me first time I used it (incorrectly, I figured out later). I think there is remedy by cutting it longer and wrapping the tape all around the hand instead of just putting it on the palm, though I havent yet tried (next week).

Greater than one weekMakes great athletic wrap, but wont work for any adhesion needs ie; bandage reinforcement. Minimal sweat makes it fall right off.

Greater than one weekI am a soccer player who plays almost everyday. I use this tape to wrap my shins and my wrists. I really like the tape as I put it on top of socks and it sticks on very tight during the full training session. However, when I tape my wrists and I get sweaty, it begins peeling off and doesn’t stick well. It is very easy to remove and there is no problem with putting it on or taking it off. The stability of the tape is alright. I think the price is pretty high for 3 rolls of tape and if you were to use it everyday, you would be out of it quickly. Nothing too special with the tape but gets the job done when needed.

> 3 dayI use KT tape for my knees due to having Osteoarthritis. I get rashes on occasion from the glue. So I wanted to find an alternative. I bought this in hopes it would have the same stretch and adherence. Unfortunately it does not. I put the strips on, which are thinner than the normal Kt tape, and they came off within hours. This tape is like a medical bandage tape. It may work for that but for someone looking for strength and stability it won’t work. There was no water to help them come off, they are not stretchy. I’m disappointed

> 3 dayOriginally I bought this tape for wrapping my son’s lacrosse stick (works great for that, too!) But, after I ordered it & before it arrives, I developed double tennis elbow. Up from elbow to shoulder & elbow to wrist. Terribly painful. I iced & then wrapped (Ace bandage) it, but the wrap I had didn’t stick well & it was not tight enough to support. Instead of going to the drug store, I decided to wrap this tape over top of the wrap & voila ! Much better support & it stuck ! I love how flexible it is & strong. It’s also very versatile. I’ll be buying more of this stuff … great value for the price.

> 3 dayDid crossfit workout Grace of 30 clean and jerks and tape stayed on nicely. Easy to remove and no residue. However, did 8 heavy clean and jerks with lifting straps and the thumb loop caused the tape to slide off. So more testing needed

Greater than one weekIt holds very well. It does take a bit of effort to get it off, but that just means it stays in place better. I like it
