> 3 dayThis tape is sticky... stickier then the sports tape I usually purchase in an individually wrapped package from the local Wally Land. This is a good thing because it sticks onto the ace bandages that I use. But its also a bit annoying because it oozes out a bit on the side of the roll, makes it harder to get an edge to start unrolling and leaves glue residue on your skin that you need rubbing alcohol to remove. BUT... the purpose of the tape is to hold my Ace bandage in place and the other stuff doesnt matter to me that much and I will still buy it, use it and recommend it to others in the rare chance that someone actually asks me for my preferred brand of sticky sports tape. I would include a picture but trust me, you really dont want to see a picture of my legs.

> 3 dayI use KT tape for my knees due to having Osteoarthritis. I get rashes on occasion from the glue. So I wanted to find an alternative. I bought this in hopes it would have the same stretch and adherence. Unfortunately it does not. I put the strips on, which are thinner than the normal Kt tape, and they came off within hours. This tape is like a medical bandage tape. It may work for that but for someone looking for strength and stability it won’t work. There was no water to help them come off, they are not stretchy. I’m disappointed

> 3 dayAfter using eucalyptus-infused blue tape, I decided to use something different, and this one popped up. Good things: * I love that I can rip it with my hand half-asleep in the morning, no scissors needed. Be careful not to fray though (more later) * Very easy to remove, no sticky residue, doesnt pull your skin * Easy to put on, conforms to the palm contours very well * Just one layer is good enough for me, your mileage may vary Now the more questionable parts that you can address: * if frayed when you put it on, it may bother you at the edges as on your inside hand rubs on the handle. So, be careful. It is easy to do it right, just pay attention. * A drawback may show up when it gets wet with the lake water splash as you row. I noticed that the outside hand remains in good condition while the inside hand starts losing its adhesion due to rotation. It irritated me first time I used it (incorrectly, I figured out later). I think there is remedy by cutting it longer and wrapping the tape all around the hand instead of just putting it on the palm, though I havent yet tried (next week).

> 3 dayGreat adhesion! I wrap my hamstring several times a week and it always sticks and protects. I tried another and regretted it!

> 3 dayWe use the tape for CrossFit workouts and have had a lot of different tapes in the gym and found this to be great stuff! Its easy enough to tear without having to use scissors, keeps wrists tight and sturdy and worked well when used as handgrips. Well be purchasing more in the future!

> 3 dayI like using this tape for my foot to keep the swelling down and provide stability. It would probably be good for preventing blisters also. It sticks very well yet isn’t that hard to get off. This tape doesn’t stretch very much though, so depending on what you are using it for, you wouldn’t want to wrap it too tight.
