> 3 dayThis tape is extremely strong and can handle abuse. I use it to make towel bats and boy it can handle my High School baseball players swinging with the towel bat. Yet it is fairly easy to tear a strip off when a piece is needed.

> 3 dayFinally a way to wear a covid face mask without having my glasses fog up. The tape provides an air tight seal that really works, better than other tape that Ive tried. It is still a delicate process to remove the tape from my skin, but this tape has the right balance between adhesion and ease of removal.

> 3 dayDid crossfit workout Grace of 30 clean and jerks and tape stayed on nicely. Easy to remove and no residue. However, did 8 heavy clean and jerks with lifting straps and the thumb loop caused the tape to slide off. So more testing needed

Greater than one weekGreat adhesion! I wrap my hamstring several times a week and it always sticks and protects. I tried another and regretted it!

> 3 dayIt does really stick! It also removed quite a lot of skin on my leg and ankle when I took it off. In the end I could only use it to tape my arch, it wasn’t so bad on the bottom of my foot.

> 3 dayI work long 12 hour shifts and I’m quite literally on my feet for nearly all of it besides my 30 minute “lunch” breaks and other short breaks so I’ve succumbed to having really bad arches and plantar fasciitis. I’ve tried absolutely everything I could think of to get rid of the pain. Patches, icing, stretches everyday, plantar socks, etc. and although they do help somewhat, I was still lacking the support I needed as the patches would slip and slide everywhere. I came across a TikTok of an athletic trainer taping up someone’s feet for plantar fasciitis and thought I would give it a go. Saw this as Amazon’s choice and decided to try it out. Well after 12 hour shifts on my feet all day, it held up pretty well and provided a ton of support for my plantar fasciitis and arches of my feet. It didn’t give me any sort of allergic reaction (surprising because I have sensitive skin) and was really durable. I taped up my feet along with some patches and plantar socks and it really helped out. Overall, 10/10 if you need extra support for your feet! Update: Since this review, after regular use of this for 2 ish weeks, I’ve developed an allergic reaction to the tape. It’s really unfortunate because it did help with my arches. Definitely wish it worked for me but due to the allergic reaction, I will have to give this 3 stars.

12-06-2025I use KT tape for my knees due to having Osteoarthritis. I get rashes on occasion from the glue. So I wanted to find an alternative. I bought this in hopes it would have the same stretch and adherence. Unfortunately it does not. I put the strips on, which are thinner than the normal Kt tape, and they came off within hours. This tape is like a medical bandage tape. It may work for that but for someone looking for strength and stability it won’t work. There was no water to help them come off, they are not stretchy. I’m disappointed

> 3 dayLove the product! Used it to support my achilles tendon during tennis and worked quite well. Pulls the hair slightly, so put some vaseline or something first. Works great though!

Greater than one weekCould be much better but in a pinch it works. It didnt stick or grip that long, especially once any moisture hit it. I used to wrap my arch and it did help but wasnt impressed.
