Greater than one weekThis tape is awesome. I ‘sprained’ my ankle. Actually, X-ray showed that I had an avulsion fracture which occurs when the tendon or ligament pulls off a piece of the bone. I used to train for the Olympics, in gymnastics. I definitely have experience taping injuries. When this happened I had a hard time finding good tape. Most were just difficult to use; stuck to wrong areas during taping, causing ridges instead of smooth taping. Or the tape wouldn’t be adhesive, etc. I also hurt my big toe @ the same time and believe me it is VERY challenging to tape a toe for good support. This is professional tape & I am able to tear narrow strips off the tape for smaller areas. *see example in my review picture

Greater than one weekI’m not allergic to latex and I typically don’t have problems with bandaids or adhesives, but this tape gave me a skin rash after a couple days of use. It holds well in terms of adhesive strength but the resulting rash and itching are not worth it. I’ll have to find some non-skin application for the remaining tape bc this is not worth it for me.

> 3 dayWe use the tape for CrossFit workouts and have had a lot of different tapes in the gym and found this to be great stuff! Its easy enough to tear without having to use scissors, keeps wrists tight and sturdy and worked well when used as handgrips. Well be purchasing more in the future!

> 3 dayThis tape is sticky... stickier then the sports tape I usually purchase in an individually wrapped package from the local Wally Land. This is a good thing because it sticks onto the ace bandages that I use. But its also a bit annoying because it oozes out a bit on the side of the roll, makes it harder to get an edge to start unrolling and leaves glue residue on your skin that you need rubbing alcohol to remove. BUT... the purpose of the tape is to hold my Ace bandage in place and the other stuff doesnt matter to me that much and I will still buy it, use it and recommend it to others in the rare chance that someone actually asks me for my preferred brand of sticky sports tape. I would include a picture but trust me, you really dont want to see a picture of my legs.

> 3 dayThe tape itself is fine enough for cloth tape, it does the job maybe slightly worse than other kinds, because it doesn’t stick for as long. The real issue is the plastic packaging & stickers that the rolls come packaged in. The stickers fall apart like they’re dry-rotted, and are nearly impossible to remove from the ends of the roll of tape. Both of the stickers on my rolls fell apart & has been very difficult to remove from the sides of the roll, and both my house and I are covered in little tiny pieces of the stickers themselves. Last time I buy an ‘as seen on shark tank’ product

> 3 dayNot comfortable and cut into my feet. Difficult to remove, and leaves indentations. This is thicker, more like tape for bandage than athletic tape. Kind of reminds me of grip tape for bats.

> 3 dayFolks, I don’t think that it is often someone actually reviews something like athletic tape. However, I had to make an exception for this product, because this product is dope. Look, athletic tape is athletic tape. You hurt yourself, need support, whatever, you tape that up. Then after you are done, you rip it off, you lose any hair that was attached to it, and you spend the next two days trying to remove that gooey sticky residue from your body. Sounds about right? Well, that’s athletic tape. Here’s where this product differed for me. I taped up my finger because I wanted to protect it after jamming it in Brazilian Jujitsu. While I trained again, the tape stayed on and it did exactly what you’d expect athletic tape to do. However, when it was time to remove it, the tape came off super easily, and it didn’t leave behind any of that sticky mess or take any of my hair! That is dope! Say what? No glue to clean up after? Word y’all, this tape is the dopest one I’ve ever used. I bought one pack, but I’m gonna pick up another, this is just too damn good to not keep on reserve! Anyway, now you know why I reviewed athletic tape! If you need some good athletic tape, pick up some of that Hamptom Adams white athletic tape.

> 3 dayFinally a way to wear a covid face mask without having my glasses fog up. The tape provides an air tight seal that really works, better than other tape that Ive tried. It is still a delicate process to remove the tape from my skin, but this tape has the right balance between adhesion and ease of removal.
