> 3 dayI use athletic tape everyday and >$6-8 per roll tape is too costly. So I just retape during the game or at practice. The tape rips in one tare across and down the middle if you need narrower width. Other types of tape edges dont tare all the way through and youre ripping down the edge of the roll and then it gets tangled. Other tapes are so hard to rip, this tape is easy to rip quick with the perforated edges, although I prefer the traditional straight edges. Those other tapes bend your finger nail and hurts the thumb. Overall the tape has to do its job, to keep in place. Ive tried (4) different mnfr brands this year, and they all seem to slip when sweaty/wet. I have used the expensive tape that stay in place and is tough to remove or find the end when taking off, but Im okay with that.

> 3 dayI like the overall performance. Its easy to remove from the roll, and its easy to cut. I use it to cover a chronic bandaged wound on my lower ankle. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayTears easy when you need it. Like Im taking very easy. Doesnt tear when in use on my thumb though. Only complaint is how thick the rolls is, need thinner tape for fingers but I make it work. Honestly the best tape Ive ever bought. Oh also the adhesion I gave 4 stars, its not weak, but it might be that if they added more glue it would leave residue or be hard to remove.

> 3 dayI like using this tape for my foot to keep the swelling down and provide stability. It would probably be good for preventing blisters also. It sticks very well yet isn’t that hard to get off. This tape doesn’t stretch very much though, so depending on what you are using it for, you wouldn’t want to wrap it too tight.

> 3 dayThis tape is awesome. I ‘sprained’ my ankle. Actually, X-ray showed that I had an avulsion fracture which occurs when the tendon or ligament pulls off a piece of the bone. I used to train for the Olympics, in gymnastics. I definitely have experience taping injuries. When this happened I had a hard time finding good tape. Most were just difficult to use; stuck to wrong areas during taping, causing ridges instead of smooth taping. Or the tape wouldn’t be adhesive, etc. I also hurt my big toe @ the same time and believe me it is VERY challenging to tape a toe for good support. This is professional tape & I am able to tear narrow strips off the tape for smaller areas. *see example in my review picture

> 3 dayOriginally I bought this tape for wrapping my son’s lacrosse stick (works great for that, too!) But, after I ordered it & before it arrives, I developed double tennis elbow. Up from elbow to shoulder & elbow to wrist. Terribly painful. I iced & then wrapped (Ace bandage) it, but the wrap I had didn’t stick well & it was not tight enough to support. Instead of going to the drug store, I decided to wrap this tape over top of the wrap & voila ! Much better support & it stuck ! I love how flexible it is & strong. It’s also very versatile. I’ll be buying more of this stuff … great value for the price.

> 3 dayCould be much better but in a pinch it works. It didnt stick or grip that long, especially once any moisture hit it. I used to wrap my arch and it did help but wasnt impressed.
