> 3 dayI use this to tape my hands for high volume kettlebell snatching, to keep a band-aid in place on my toe when needed, and to provide padding on my heel like a heel cup. Also have used for plantar fascitis taping with excellent supportive results. It is great - tears very easily, very sticky but at the same time you can unstick it from itself if it gets folded over, and it does not irritate the skin that it adheres too. I like that it is wide and you can very easily rip it evenly down the center for thin strips.

> 3 dayOriginally I bought this tape for wrapping my son’s lacrosse stick (works great for that, too!) But, after I ordered it & before it arrives, I developed double tennis elbow. Up from elbow to shoulder & elbow to wrist. Terribly painful. I iced & then wrapped (Ace bandage) it, but the wrap I had didn’t stick well & it was not tight enough to support. Instead of going to the drug store, I decided to wrap this tape over top of the wrap & voila ! Much better support & it stuck ! I love how flexible it is & strong. It’s also very versatile. I’ll be buying more of this stuff … great value for the price.

Greater than one weekFolks, I don’t think that it is often someone actually reviews something like athletic tape. However, I had to make an exception for this product, because this product is dope. Look, athletic tape is athletic tape. You hurt yourself, need support, whatever, you tape that up. Then after you are done, you rip it off, you lose any hair that was attached to it, and you spend the next two days trying to remove that gooey sticky residue from your body. Sounds about right? Well, that’s athletic tape. Here’s where this product differed for me. I taped up my finger because I wanted to protect it after jamming it in Brazilian Jujitsu. While I trained again, the tape stayed on and it did exactly what you’d expect athletic tape to do. However, when it was time to remove it, the tape came off super easily, and it didn’t leave behind any of that sticky mess or take any of my hair! That is dope! Say what? No glue to clean up after? Word y’all, this tape is the dopest one I’ve ever used. I bought one pack, but I’m gonna pick up another, this is just too damn good to not keep on reserve! Anyway, now you know why I reviewed athletic tape! If you need some good athletic tape, pick up some of that Hamptom Adams white athletic tape.

> 3 dayThe tape itself is fine enough for cloth tape, it does the job maybe slightly worse than other kinds, because it doesn’t stick for as long. The real issue is the plastic packaging & stickers that the rolls come packaged in. The stickers fall apart like they’re dry-rotted, and are nearly impossible to remove from the ends of the roll of tape. Both of the stickers on my rolls fell apart & has been very difficult to remove from the sides of the roll, and both my house and I are covered in little tiny pieces of the stickers themselves. Last time I buy an ‘as seen on shark tank’ product

> 3 dayI use this tape on both ankles when I play soccer, and they withstand activity way better than any wrap or tape Ive bought in the store. They dont rub up against my heel, and they can be tight enough to support without cutting off circulation. Already bought a second round :)

> 3 dayMy daughter has sprained her ankles playing soccer a few times and so now it’s just worth my time to wrap both of her ankles before every practice and every game. In doing so, I’ve tried various brands of tape purchased from amazon, CVS, big 5, etc. Things I look for in a good tape: easy to rip, easy to pull off the roll (especially at the end of a roll), no sticky residue when removed, and of course, works well. This tape meets all the criteria and wrapping her ankles is so quick & easy. A bad tape can cost me a lot of time & frustration, but this one is the best one I’ve found.

> 3 dayTears easy when you need it. Like Im taking very easy. Doesnt tear when in use on my thumb though. Only complaint is how thick the rolls is, need thinner tape for fingers but I make it work. Honestly the best tape Ive ever bought. Oh also the adhesion I gave 4 stars, its not weak, but it might be that if they added more glue it would leave residue or be hard to remove.

> 3 dayThis tape is sticky... stickier then the sports tape I usually purchase in an individually wrapped package from the local Wally Land. This is a good thing because it sticks onto the ace bandages that I use. But its also a bit annoying because it oozes out a bit on the side of the roll, makes it harder to get an edge to start unrolling and leaves glue residue on your skin that you need rubbing alcohol to remove. BUT... the purpose of the tape is to hold my Ace bandage in place and the other stuff doesnt matter to me that much and I will still buy it, use it and recommend it to others in the rare chance that someone actually asks me for my preferred brand of sticky sports tape. I would include a picture but trust me, you really dont want to see a picture of my legs.
