My baby toes were getting messed up from long walks carrying a fat baby. This is the answer! Tiny toes are healing quite nicely.

I found the tape it was in a box with a light fixture that I was not supposed to open for a month

I use this to tape my hands for high volume kettlebell snatching, to keep a band-aid in place on my toe when needed, and to provide padding on my heel like a heel cup. Also have used for plantar fascitis taping with excellent supportive results. It is great - tears very easily, very sticky but at the same time you can unstick it from itself if it gets folded over, and it does not irritate the skin that it adheres too. I like that it is wide and you can very easily rip it evenly down the center for thin strips.

Despite assurances that this is a sticky product we have found other adhesive tapes that stick better and provide better support.

My daughter’s ankle is prone to injury, so she applies this tape before every practice/scrimmage/game as insurance against problems. This specific brand was recommended to us by a hardcore female gymnast who, by her words, “has tried them all.” While waiting for the tape to arrive for the first time, we picked up another product off-the-shelf at Walmart. That stuff did not stay in place, and my daughter ended up taking it off at halftime. On the other hand, she has now been using this tape about 20 different sporting events and it has never failed her. It goes on easily, stays perfectly in place, provides stability, and comes off easily and cleanly. What more could you want? One recommendation: This has nothing to do with this specific product, but if you are not sure quite how to apply tape for your specific injury or issue, go to YouTube and look it up. They methodology of applying the tape properly is even more important than the tape itself.

Tape is by far the best Ive used and leaves no sticky residue on your skin.

This tape does not tear easily. You need a pair of sissors.

I’m not allergic to latex and I typically don’t have problems with bandaids or adhesives, but this tape gave me a skin rash after a couple days of use. It holds well in terms of adhesive strength but the resulting rash and itching are not worth it. I’ll have to find some non-skin application for the remaining tape bc this is not worth it for me.
