> 3 dayI have repetitive use injury in my index fingers, arthritis, and possibly carpal tunnel. Ive been using kinesiology exercise tape for my fingers and shoulder. I tried this for my fingers to save money.. Im going to return if I can. - No flexibility, so its stiff and doesnt give at all. It hurts my fingers more than it helps. It might come in handy wrapping a cut or something, since its cloth. - Harder to tear than expected. Very frustrating. Cloth isnt easy to cut either. I prefer the pre-measured. - Cant stretch to create an even layer when wrapping around a finger, so it ends up with many uneven uncomfortable folds - Doesnt stick to itself well enough. If it comes off a little, I have to tear off the end.

Greater than one weekMy daughter’s ankle is prone to injury, so she applies this tape before every practice/scrimmage/game as insurance against problems. This specific brand was recommended to us by a hardcore female gymnast who, by her words, “has tried them all.” While waiting for the tape to arrive for the first time, we picked up another product off-the-shelf at Walmart. That stuff did not stay in place, and my daughter ended up taking it off at halftime. On the other hand, she has now been using this tape about 20 different sporting events and it has never failed her. It goes on easily, stays perfectly in place, provides stability, and comes off easily and cleanly. What more could you want? One recommendation: This has nothing to do with this specific product, but if you are not sure quite how to apply tape for your specific injury or issue, go to YouTube and look it up. They methodology of applying the tape properly is even more important than the tape itself.

> 3 dayThis is the best tape I have used in a long time. It’s nice and wide, has good adhesion, easy to tear without using a scissor and really stays on. It also comes off easily when you want to remove it. I use it on my feet for some old injuries that continue to plague me. Also appreciate you get 15 feet in a roll. This is a product I will continue to buy and recommend highly!

> 3 dayDid crossfit workout Grace of 30 clean and jerks and tape stayed on nicely. Easy to remove and no residue. However, did 8 heavy clean and jerks with lifting straps and the thumb loop caused the tape to slide off. So more testing needed

> 3 dayNot comfortable and cut into my feet. Difficult to remove, and leaves indentations. This is thicker, more like tape for bandage than athletic tape. Kind of reminds me of grip tape for bats.

> 3 dayThis tape is awesome. I ‘sprained’ my ankle. Actually, X-ray showed that I had an avulsion fracture which occurs when the tendon or ligament pulls off a piece of the bone. I used to train for the Olympics, in gymnastics. I definitely have experience taping injuries. When this happened I had a hard time finding good tape. Most were just difficult to use; stuck to wrong areas during taping, causing ridges instead of smooth taping. Or the tape wouldn’t be adhesive, etc. I also hurt my big toe @ the same time and believe me it is VERY challenging to tape a toe for good support. This is professional tape & I am able to tear narrow strips off the tape for smaller areas. *see example in my review picture
