If youre picky about athletic tape like I am, this stuff is great! Was having to wrap daughters ankle due to a high ankle sprain. I always have issues with tearing tape. This stuff didnt hurt my fingers to tear and did so easily! Couldnt find my usual brand available for shipping on short notice. This saved me.

Product does stick to your legs but good tape

Originally I bought this tape for wrapping my son’s lacrosse stick (works great for that, too!) But, after I ordered it & before it arrives, I developed double tennis elbow. Up from elbow to shoulder & elbow to wrist. Terribly painful. I iced & then wrapped (Ace bandage) it, but the wrap I had didn’t stick well & it was not tight enough to support. Instead of going to the drug store, I decided to wrap this tape over top of the wrap & voila ! Much better support & it stuck ! I love how flexible it is & strong. It’s also very versatile. I’ll be buying more of this stuff … great value for the price.

I used to cover an parcial acl tear over my knee, it stabilized it. Works for about 2 days and a half before needing to change.

This is the best tape I can find to hold my feeding tube in place, I highly recommended !!!

Did crossfit workout Grace of 30 clean and jerks and tape stayed on nicely. Easy to remove and no residue. However, did 8 heavy clean and jerks with lifting straps and the thumb loop caused the tape to slide off. So more testing needed
