I had a issue with my original purchase and they made it right and sent a new one to me

To be honest this and any other machine wont do miracles where you have never had the care for maintaining clean you areas for years. I bought this for cleaning my parrots cage. They eat fruit and they are very dirty so the cage gets a mess with the little pieces of fruit they throw away. Its impossible to clean that every day and after some days its very hard to remove this dirt (and they dirt -poops-). This steam cleaner was perfect for helping me to loose this dirt from the cage. You need to add water constantly but not a bad star for this.

Worked very well one time then it fell apart. Little brass circle fell off of something.

I got this in June and was very pleased with the cleaning power it had. When filled with water, it can be a little cumbersome to maneuver around and my thumb sometimes got tired holding down the on button. The reason for 2 stars is that it stopped spraying/working. It gets hot and powers on, but if I push the button, it doesn’t spray at all. I’m very sad about that.

For sure this is a 5 STAR product! I wish I had discovered this steam cleaner a long time ago. I purchased it based on a friends recommendation to clean and degrease kitchen appliances. Oh my gosh, it worked wonders ... I could not believe my eyes. I wish I had the before pictures of the greasy filter on my cooking range. It had been so brown for many years. Ive tried soaking them for days and used various cleanings and was not able to get them really clean. But with this machine, I swear I did both filters in less than 15 minutes and I wasnt really trying hard. I could not believe how fast it was working... it melted the caked on grease in seconds without and soaking or prep work. It erased 5 years of stains left behind. I also tried it on tile grout and it works equally well. No more scrubbing anything. It makes cleaning anything a breeze. I am sold on this product and cant wait to try it on everything else. This seller had the best price and shipping was 2 days fast. You will have no regrets buying one of these units.

I do like this product. I would love it if it was cordless. It is hard to maneuver around small spaces with the cord attached. It is great for small areas. If you are looking to do any major cleaning, plan on hours of time to get the job done, like a stove, shower, etc. The amount of times you need to refill can be frustrating but not as frustrating as having to wait 30 mins for the machine to cool down so you can open the top to add more water. Now, with that said, it is a safety feature which is indeed needed for this. There is just alot of downtown in between fills. For small quick hits, it is amazing. I will be looking for a larger machine to do more intense and bigger jobs.

While it does perform well for what it is, face it: no steamer is going to perform like the ones sold on TV. Why not? It seem theirs will remove any and all stains and gunk with limited effort. In real life, no. On TV they fake up grease build up and moldy showers using crap like dried dark corn syrup - anything that will melt away quickly. I bought this hoping against hope it would work well on a badly neglected shower in some rental property but, no go. It was largely a waste of time an effort. Will have to turn to other brushes and commercial cleaners and lots of elbow grease. Im not saying this steamer is without merit. If used consistently before things get badly out of hand, it would probably work just nicely. It just cant resurrect the dead and neither could the TV units either.

It has definitely made my bathroom cleaning chores much easier. Works better than elbow grease with bleach or other cleaning products! I’ve used it mostly on tiles and they do an awesome job. Having used it for several months now, it’s still as powerful as the first day I got it. Read the instructions first! I was in a hurry to use it and didn’t and it can be quite tricky at first if you don’t know what you’re doing and I definitely didn’t know what I was doing. I see a couple of reviews with complaints saying it’s a small tank and I do agree with that however, it’s a pretty hefty product. Not too heavy but it’s not super light either so a bigger water tank would have probably made it difficult for certain people to use it.
