This one checked all the boxes for me, good mist/humidity output, timer, sleep mode, light, top fill, and easy to clean! You really can’t ask for more and even better as all of these features are easy to use. Instruction manual provided throughout and clear instructions on each feature. Includes a cleaning brush, two extra/back up felt patches for essential oil drops (these can be washed and reused!) and a adhesive wall hook for the cord. Has three mist levels, high-med-low which has humidity level outputs as high <43%, med 43-%-62-%, low >62-%. Low was comfortable overnight in bedroom, the essential oil pad is nice pops right out, 3 drops of oil was the perfect amount for me with a full tank. Top easily detaches for super easy cleaning or filling, additionally can be filled at top without disassembling. Auto feature is handy also holding a steady 60% humidity. Very very pleased and fairly priced compared to name brands that have less features.

This is a great humidifier at an even better price point. I especially love the timer feature. Definitely recommend!

Works amazing

Back in 1964, our Pediatrician prescribed a moist air humidifier for my oldest child who suffered from allergy problems in her early years. We soon found out what a difference a humidifier made in our home during the months the house needed to be heated. Here I am in my 80s, still using a humidifier purchased from Amazon about 10 years ago. This one is the best yet and uses the latest technology. We discovered the benefits of select essential oils a few years ago, and it will be easy to use the Hormvana with what we like to use in the winter. It is loaded with features that are going to be a delight to use and benefit from. I highly recommend this product, try it this winter, you will not be disappointed!

The first thing I noticed when I took this out of the box is how pretty it is. Its very sleek. It has an almost frosted glass look to it. The buttons are touch sensitive instead of sticking out and it has a small screen which displays all the information. Its small and compact while still holding a gallon of water. The instructions to set it up were very simple and concise. I had no problems with it. The essential oil diffuser made this a must have purchase for me. You only need 2-3 drops of oil and you can smell it thoroughly. Theres a separate tray specifically for the oil, which they are clear to indicate in the instructions. The only problem I have with the design of this is the two spouts the mist comes out of. Its two circles that diffuse it. The problem is, you can only spin the smaller one to change the direction of the mist. As most people would probably have this on a table by a wall, the majority of the mist would spray behind the humidifier towards the wall. You cant turn it around because then the buttons on the top would be facing the wall. Youre meant to set the humidifier up at least 12 inches from a wall, but I dont think thats enough room for most of the mist to avoid the wall. Overall, I highly recommend this. Its very attractive and compact. It works very efficiently at spraying the mist (although, it would go towards the wall if you set it up like that) and the LED lights and essential oil diffuser are amazing.

I love this humidifier so far. I’m impressed by literally everything about it. So many humidifiers have a shallow tray and a holding tank that you flip over to get water to the unit. This does not have that design, and because of it…this model should be very difficult to develop leaks. I also love the LED colors, the buttons being on top of the unit (very convenient), the generous 3 year warranty, and the quiet, steady mist. I also really appreciate the large tank size and how easy this unit will be to clean. I was able to run it two nights in a row (for probably 10 hours each night), and there was still a bit of water in the bottom. A couple things I will just point out. Don’t panic if you don’t see the cord. It’s tucked inside the unit for shipping. Be mindful that unlike the type of unit I described above, this is essentially a bucket of water with a lid on it. I only say that to note that if this is placed in a space where it is likely to get knocked over, you are going to quickly have a lot of water on the floor. Again, I love the design, but I might not put it in a location where it was likely to get kicked, bumped, or tripped over in the middle of the night. Lastly, I want to mention the “authenticity verification” sticker. This wasn’t something I was remotely concerned about…but I love that they care enough to go the extra mile and put that little reassurance into the purchase. I would absolutely recommend this humidifier.

Pros: + The unit holds a lot of water. + I can run it on high all night and it has water still in it. But it does need to be filled every night. + There are 7 colors of lights that shine with this. They can be turned off. + The unit is very quiet when it runs. + You can use essential oils in it. This replaces my nighttime oil diffuser. + The unit is easy to clean. + This really helps with my sinus issues. + I love auto-mode. I can set it and it will automatically keep it at that percent humidity. + Taking off the lid is easy and allows you to fill it so much quicker. With the weather getting colder, and the air getting dryer, this is going to be very useful. I have another hot humidifier that Ive been using, but you can hear it bubbling and hissing during the night. This one is super quiet. It also has a nice glowing light - you can let it cycle or select your favorite color. A very nice feature is the night mode which turns off all the lights on the unit, including the display. This makes it great for use in the bedroom at night especially for people who are bothered by having lights in the bedroom when sleeping. I like that it has a large water reservoir. I just placed the reservoir in my kitchen sink, filled it and then put the top on. It has a very effective design as it doesnt drip water when you move it around.

They have instant-on humidification as a standard feature these days, so how do you distinguish your humidifier these days?
