> 24 hourThese are run of the mill monitors. They arent gaming level but they are more than adequate for school or work. They were undamaged but had clearly been opened before. Packing materials were missing allowing the monitors to shift around in the box excessively. Luckily, there was no damage from the packaging. Cables were also loose in the box. No bag, no wire tie. No problem with the product thus far but they had both been open previous.

> 24 hourKeep in mind this is a $100 monitor. If you keep that price point in mind, this is a really good monitor. Dont expect a crystal-clear, high-quality, Apple-like monitor. I think Ive been spoiled by the clear, beautiful glass of my iMac and MacBook because this monitor came off as disappointing at first until I reminded myself that its very affordable. If youre looking to add a monitor to your setup and arent expecting a Retina Display, you will be happy with this monitor. It was really easy to set up and has a relatively thin profile. Im using it as an extra screen for my MacBook, and Im really happy to have all that extra desktop space now. I think the only other thing I was kind of surprised by was how low the monitor sits. It does have the mount that holds up the monitor, but its only about 3 inches tall. Compared to an iMacs monitor positioning, the HP seems really short. I havent critically viewed it for coloring, but with basic usage the coloring is fine. My final thought is I recommend the white model. It looks a lot nicer and cleaner than the black model. I got the black model and wish I had gotten white.

> 24 hourSo yellow tone modulation and picture quality are important for cramming to study/ get a paper done, and this guy really sends it, you cannot beat the sheer value of this monitor alone, I bought 2 for my new Mac mini, and honestly with a few mounts and a bit of patience, I use these monitors more now for my media viewing than I do from my 4k LG tv- Theyre pretty great not gonna lie. Things to consider: Each monitor comes with a stand, VGA cables, and a power chord - the power chord has a 1.5x2.5-3 box attached to it- thats the only thing youd have to plan for but the power chord should be long enough for most conventional desks

> 24 hourHonestly this is a great monitor for gaming. My other monitor was a bit bigger which made it harder to game, therefore I wanted to down size a bit to see if there would be a difference which is was! Great purchase! It’s not a bad price as well. The only thing is that it says it can adjust the screen but I’m too scared to move it around since it’s not budging. But either way there’s no need for me to move this one around. And it also has a very slim look which is great! In love and will be purchasing more in the future! Took a picture how it looks with the lights on, and off. Brightness is still great!

> 24 hourFor $90 dollars this fit perfectly with my budget Ryzen 3 2200g build. The features are sparse, but the quality is where it counts; the display. At this price point ips display technology is uncommon, usually found at above $150. Nowadays 1080p should be minimum resolution you should consider. In particular this displays color accuracy is good for content creation and gaming. hdmi and vga mean this can be connected to any modern device with ease (up to two at a time). Adjustment is just limited to tilt, but since its an ips display the viewing angles are great, so dont worry about that. The bezels are also thin enough for dual monitor setups and a clean aesthetic. Although this is a great VALUE monitor, dont pair this with any serious gaming or creation machine as it is only a 60hz panel that doesnt cover all color spaces. Just keep in mind, dont spend to much or to little on your monitor. In conclusion if you have a $500-600 pc or less, this is the monitor for you.

> 24 hourIve had no trouble from this monitor for the last 5.5 years. I initially wanted one with a speaker, but found a tiny bluetooth substitute to quell that need going forward. Its been good for surfing and media watching. I have one small complaint. Now that Im looking for a second one to complete a dual monitor setup, I realize just how huge the border on this thing is. It will be distracting. I can overcome my annoyance, its just that. But why even bother putting a thin bezel if they were going to put a thick border? Im sure the technology was there to make it bezeless. I think they just wanted to make the monitor seem bigger than it actually was and save a few bucks on plastic. Ill deal with it to have a matching set. But yeah, a half inch border on a multi monitor setup is not particularly cool look when they are turned on and being used.

> 24 hourThis is coming from the perspective of someone who games and occasionally does image and video editing. Pros: - Standard widescreen (16:9) aspect ratio. - Standard zoom, this was my second monitors and compared to other cheap monitors Ive gotten my hands on, this one wasnt deceptive. (Some would be a similar size but be zoomed in so you wouldnt actually get as much screen real estate.) - Great horizontal viewing angles. Theres a sweet spot, but the image is generally good as far as you go. - Good color reproduction. I dont know anything about the fine details of color accuracy in monitors, but it seems pretty accurate out of the box. Cons: - Awful vertical viewing angles, such a small viewing angle. At least all that happens is that the image gets a bit dark, which is better than other effects Ive seen, but the angle is crazy narrow. Possible compatibility issues: - Cables go out the back instead of the bottom. This is probably more standard among thinner monitors, but take note of the extra space that your cables will take up behind the monitor. - No VESA mounting option. Youre using the included stand, period. The things it gets right are all things I care about, the compatibility issues are pretty minimal for casual use, my main gripe is with the vertical viewing angle, its bad enough to lower my rating to 4 stars, but from my (very limited) experience, I think Im happy with what I got for what I paid.

> 24 hourI would give this a 5 for ease of use and clean appearance. I have a mac mini and already had the 15 pin VGA to mini display adapter to hook up the monitor, so remember to get this if you have any kind of current Apple computer. I am not fussy about too many things, so I would not say I am the most critical, maybe the teacher from whom you get an easy A or A-...but for the price, this is a great monitor. If you want something rock solid and good and friendly to your Mac, this little monitor will do the job. I purchased the black, not the silver/white (which matches the Mac, if thats important to you). The only reason I have the black one is that for some reason, it cost less than the white version of this monitor. If you are super fussy and need critical components for work (as a photographer, graphic designer, etc), I cannot say this HP model is for you - but maybe. If you want a nice sharp colorful picture, go ahead and buy! The price is right and you wont be disappointed, and you might even be extremely satisfied : )
