I like it and ive used it in the past but i don’t know why i feel like i got a used one.. also theres like a matte plastic piece on the screen that bubbles in the corner but i dont think you’re supposed to take it off. Other than that its good for work use

Great value for the price. It is quite helpful that you can switch between the VGA and HDMI inputs using either software or the second button on the front right underside next to the power button. This monitor has very good contrast of darks and lights, easy to set up (angle it before attaching the cables), and has roughly a 60 degree viewing angle (30 degrees on either side of dead center) in which the picture remains sharp and clear, so people sitting off center or next to the main user will still see a crisp accurate picture. Its very light but also very stable. UPDATE: Not good value. It has been 2 months since purchase. The screen now produces stray dark lines from top to bottom. It is not the cable connection. If you pinch the black plastic frame around the screen glass just below the dark line, the dark line disappears temporarily until you stop pinching below it. Unfortunate that this monitor didnt last beyond 2 months of limited use. No longer consider this a good value at all. 2ND UPDATE: manufacturer wants credit card info (through chat) to replace the defective monitor still under warranty - instead of providing means to ship it back (like a shipping label so you know you arent getting charged hidden fees) before getting the replacement. It reads too much like a cc scam so not worth it.

Did not come with a HDMI chord even though they advertised it as such. I didn’t appreciate the false advertisement. Anyway I called Amazon and they shipped an HDMI cord from another seller at no extra cost to me. The cord for the monitor only works when pulled into the wall. Product works well.

Works flawlessly, only 3 complaints i have are the mount being wobbly and a little unstable, you get what you pay for in this case and the mount happens to be what little quality is sacrificed here. The second issue i had is that the monitor actually isnt 60hz, at 1080p full hd full screen gaming, the refresh rate is actually a non overclockable 59.94hz, which irks my OCD for reasons unknown to me. The thirf complaint i had is a minor issue, and actually has to do with one of the major benefits; being that the extremely effective i might add matte coating has virtually no glare that i can tell, but it smudges quite easily unfortunately. Otherwise this is a great product at the price range its in, the only monitor with a full hd HDMI port on a monitor less than $140 new, image quality and color representation is very true to life and incredibly sharp, and the monitor has a fair bit of settings depending on what you use it for, all in all a great package for $99

Ive had no trouble from this monitor for the last 5.5 years. I initially wanted one with a speaker, but found a tiny bluetooth substitute to quell that need going forward. Its been good for surfing and media watching. I have one small complaint. Now that Im looking for a second one to complete a dual monitor setup, I realize just how huge the border on this thing is. It will be distracting. I can overcome my annoyance, its just that. But why even bother putting a thin bezel if they were going to put a thick border? Im sure the technology was there to make it bezeless. I think they just wanted to make the monitor seem bigger than it actually was and save a few bucks on plastic. Ill deal with it to have a matching set. But yeah, a half inch border on a multi monitor setup is not particularly cool look when they are turned on and being used.

Its an inexpensive monitor and it works like I expected. I bought this for a mini-computer in a spare office. Pros: 1) Assembly could not be easier. Just 3 parts that firmly snap together. 2) All ports work 3) The stand for the monitor is designed perfectly to place a mini computer on top of it. This saves space. Cons: None that i can think of for the price. Neutral: 1) The monitor i got was obviously a return that was sold as new. The cardboard tabs on the box were creased and the cables were obviously used. The monitor itself look pristine so I kept it. This is an ongoing problem with Amazon returns that is usually outside of the control of the seller. This is why i usually buy more expensive electronics straight from the manufacturer nowadays. Overall I give this monitor a value-based 5/5 stars. I bought this believing that it provided good value to the dollar and it lived up to its expectations.

I really like this monitor! Assembly was simple and easy. I like the fact that the power supply is not enclosed in to the monitor body. That allows the monitor to run cool and makes it easier to move it around. There are certain things that look much better on a photograph then they are in a real life. This monitor is not one of them. It is every bit as elegant as the best photo! I was a bit concerned that the stand may be flimsy but it is absolutely adequate and a very beautiful at the same time. This is my first monitor using an HDMI cable and I was really pleasantly surprised how easy it was to connect. If there is any room for criticism, it is regarding the manual. I am using Win 10 and at one point you are advised to go to HP support page and check for the newest software. When you get there, if you are not very careful, you may miss the warning that if you are using Win 10 and install the newest software version, you may use some functionality.. I did not bother to explore it further but kept the drivers that came on the CD. The colours are very nice and crisp and if you have a limited space available, this monitor is hard to beat.!

Honestly this is a great monitor for gaming. My other monitor was a bit bigger which made it harder to game, therefore I wanted to down size a bit to see if there would be a difference which is was! Great purchase! It’s not a bad price as well. The only thing is that it says it can adjust the screen but I’m too scared to move it around since it’s not budging. But either way there’s no need for me to move this one around. And it also has a very slim look which is great! In love and will be purchasing more in the future! Took a picture how it looks with the lights on, and off. Brightness is still great!

Love this monitor. I purchased it for working from home, Ive found that the resolution, brightness, and picture quality are phenomenal. The HDMI connection is virtually instantaneous when I turn on my laptop. My only gripe is that it doesnt always shut off when I put my laptop to sleep, but the power button is super convenient and reliable so its not really an issue. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price.
