Its been some time since I got it so I can confidently say I like the size and design. It can be tilted. A useful addition to my home office.

I bought this as part of a new pc Im building, and Im very impressed by this thing. Dont let the price fool you, the increase in available higher def monitors is why this is so cheap. The monitor itself looks great, very classy design. Set up was a breeze; by far the easiest monitor Ive ever put together. Took all of 45 seconds including getting everything out of the box. No dead/stuck pixels or anything wrong with the monitor itself, although I had little red dots all over my blacks but that was due to a loose connection to my PC. Fixed that and the picture was fantastic. Exceeded my expectations by far The software that comes with it lets you edit the settings from your PC without needing to touch the physical buttons, which is nice. Quite a bit of settings in there I would definitely recommend this monitor to someone looking for a smaller IPS screen. The price is a steal too for the quality. Sink that extra cash you saved buying this into a better GPU or PSU if youre youre building a new rig or maybe take the wifey out to eat

Big but not oversized, clear and crisp monitor. Light and easy to set up. Fits every where specially on small desks while still enjoying a large screen. Dropped a star because of the brick transformer. A world brand like HP by now could do better. Delivered way earlier then expected and even made it safe on oversees trip because of the good packaging. Recommended.

I had no idea how off my colors and exposure was off on my old monitor until finally upgrading to an IPS and holy cow has it made a HUGE difference. As a photographer we need this kind of technology to see how accurately we are editing our photos and this monitor was the most affordable option. Definitely WELL worth the money this is a absolute steal ive already noticed a huge improvement in the quality of my work. It is honestly like not being able to see and someone finally giving you a good pair of glasses thats how different IPS panels are. The unit itself is very thin and I didnt need to install any drivers just plugged in and was ready to go! You get a variety of color calibrating options which is great and the frame is NEARLY bezel free which looks very immersive. There is unfortunately no built in audio, which for me isnt a big deal. But do yourself a favor and get this if you create content.

I really like this monitor. The design is really sharp, modern and clean. The picture and colors are great, the IPS panel makes viewing angles wide and the stand is adjustable. An HDMI input on the back is a plus, and for a $100 monitor, there isnt really anything else a person could ask for. However, there is one small gripe I had about this, until I forcibly corrected it. The monitor stand was crooked out of the box, and therefore the screen leaned to the left about a quarter of an inch. That was really pretty disappointing and honestly prevented me from enjoying it as much as I could. What I did to fix it was put my palm on the stand and then pull up with maybe 25 lb of force to bend the pins of the stand to the right position to make the monitor level. Although it was annoying, I doubt that every monitor they make is crooked and it probably wont happen to you. That being said, beware of the possibility that you might need to put your workout clothes on if you are as picky as I am.

My wife decided she wanted her own little office space for her work computer for the rare days she works from home. I hate it when she uses my office since I have to disconnect the monitors from the main system and reroute to her laptop. So, I got her a desk for upstairs and a docking station. I already had a spare 21.5 inch monitor, but she wanted two monitors like she has at work. I found this product to be very affordable. I was able to hook it up quickly and I was amazed at the picture quality. I did not care for the placement of the input ports for the HDMI cables. They are right in the middle of the back of the monitor. This means the cable goes straight in making it hard to push flat against the wall or hand on a wall mount without the additional purchase of a 90 degree adapter. For the money, this product is well worth the purchase if you do not need to hang it or have it flat against a wall.

I like it and ive used it in the past but i don’t know why i feel like i got a used one.. also theres like a matte plastic piece on the screen that bubbles in the corner but i dont think you’re supposed to take it off. Other than that its good for work use

Replaced an old monitor I had on a four year old Lenovo desk top with this HP Pavilion 22cwa 21.5-Inch Full HD 1080p IPS LED Monitor, Tilt, VGA and HDMI (T4Q59AA)-black. It works great and just what I needed, a cheap monitor to use for a simple desk top computer. When I first pulled it out of the box, I the screen appeared opaque or cloudy almost like it had a screen protector on it. After hooking it up and powering on the desk top, this monitor gave a pretty decent picture. Now its not a 4K experience, but I knew full well that was not what I paid for. Overall, this is a good, cheap monitor that will do the job for online banking/billing, casual web browsing or even watching videos. I recommend this monitor.

This is a great monitor for anyone that in need of a second display to work from home, or for any student looking to improve their productivity while doing homework. I bought this monitor for those exact purposes; so far, I have found this monitor to have excellent build quality, superb display capabilities, and connectivity that is very user friendly. Build Quality This monitor has excellent build quality. From the stand to the monitor itself, it looks and feels like high quality materials were very important to the team that designed it. Assembly required no hardware, and consisted of putting the (two piece) stand together and attaching that to the display. The stand is not height adjustable, but that isn’t really a problem because it already puts the monitor at a comfortable viewing height. Even though the stand design is very simplistic you have no need to worry about the display falling or tipping over. This monitor was definitely built to last. Display As stated in the product overview this monitor has a 1920x1080 resolution, which is by no means stunning, but it is still capable of displaying pictures and video in HD. What is really cool about this monitor is what HP calls, IPS technology. Basically, the technology enables the display to have stunning 178° viewing angle while still being able to view high quality colors. That way you can show a group of people what you’re doing on your screen, in high quality, without them having to breathe down your neck. One thing missing from this monitor are integrated speakers, but at this price point you aren’t going to find many, if any at all, that do. Plus, if you are buying this monitor for the same purpose I did you should already have integrated speakers in your laptop. Connectivity Connectivity and power for this monitor are very simple and versatile. The power cord is standard to that of most electronic devices, and plugs into the back of the monitor. This monitor has the capability to connect to other displays with either VGA or HDMI. It comes with a VGA cable, but my laptop only has HDMI capabilities. Luckily you can pick up and HDMI Cable for about five to ten dollars at a place like Walmart or Target. Plus, if you’re like me now you have an extra VGA cable to carry around if the time ever comes that you may need one. Conclusion For the price, this monitor has to be one of the best deals you can find out there. With easy assembly, excellent build quality, a cutting-edge display, and versatile connectivity, there really isn’t much more you can ask for. I hope you found this review helpful in making your decision for purchasing a new monitor.

I have had this for 2 years and some months. I have never had any issues with it, except that I cannot mount it on a dual monitor stand. but it was worth the purchase.
