> 24 hourWe put this on some joist before a storm and was a little afraid of that the wind would rip it off. But nope. It stayed right where we stuck it. We we not able to get the Azek on till a week later and it looks good as new. Recommended product.

> 24 hourThis was easy to apply. We put it on all of ours joists for a 26 foot long deck. Time I’ll tell if it helps the wood hold up. I only wish it was a little stickier.

> 24 hourExtremely tacky. When I removed the deteriorating wood boards on my deck the joists had not been taped. Decided to tape before installing the new Trex. Sticks and sticks well even on weather materials.

> 24 hourThis was very easy to use. It came very quickly. I used it under my Trex decking, on top of the wood frame joists

> 24 hourI used this product a year ago and itworked really well. I was installing another deck and ordered more only to find out that they had changed it. The new rolls are backed with plastic rsther than paper. It makes the rolls much harder to work with because they now slip and slide around when you are trying to apply the tape. It takes twice as long. Also now you have to cut the plastic with a knofe, rather than just tearing it. The plastic also tends to cut your hands like a paper cut. I am sure there was a cost savings, but at the expense of lost sales. I probably wouldnt buy it again.

> 24 hourI had old, but dry joists that were is excellent shape. So I plugged the old nail holes and any splits in the wood, and then laid down this joist tape. It worked great. The adhesive is so thick and sticky that I believe it will keep moisture out as well as sealing the new nails/screws penetrating the joists. The project needed 5 rolls of tape, so the cost for the tape was reasonable to protect the joists for another long period of time.

> 24 hourI cleaned the joists and beams thoroughly with a broom and vacuum. It was going to be a hot day, so I did the taping in the morning when it was about 75 degrees. I had no problems with this tape sticking. It was fairly easy to peel and lay out. Curves on warped joists slowed things down a bit, but overall it went pretty quickly. I walked on the tape to seat it. I live in an area where the climate is generally dry, so this is probably overkill (in fact 2 people at Home Depot here had never heard of deck flash).
