> 3 dayI’ve owned a few different brand named robot vacs in the past but this one is by far the best one! First of all, very easy to clean all the brushes and dump out the dust reservoir. I shed a lot of hair and it gets caught in the main brush but when it comes down to cleaning it, the mechanism pops out easy and I can remove all the caught hair. The robot is very efficient and thorough, it is slightly elevated and can sorta “climb” things? Due to this detail, it means it can get stuck in things but also has an advantage of being able to vacuum thicker rugs around your home and climb over doorways that may have a bump. The battery life is also insane! All in all, the Highest Standard for robot vacs. Get it!!!

> 3 dayAfter a few uses its brush got stuck and was moving. My husband has to open and reinstall the brush part. Hopefully, it will work without getting stuck. I liked my old model of Roomba model more than this one.

Greater than one weekSo I have a yellow lab whose job it is to deposit many dogs worth of hair around the house. With hardwood floors, after a day it doesnt look like I ever vacuum. This is a nice sub $200 solution. For less than I pay my cleaning lady, my floors stay nice looking all week. The added benefit is that it helps force me to take the extra 2 minutes prior to leaving the house to get things off the floor. The one downside is having to empty the thing every time when I get home. The debris catcher is always full of dog hair.

Greater than one weekI had been hesitant about buying a Roomba, but at the same time knew a robot vacuum was going to be the best thing for me. I have two dogs and they both shed. In order for me to stay in front of the fur, I needed to be vacuuming every single day, and although I live in a small apartment that just isnt always feasible. I have been using the Roomba for two weeks now, and I am honestly surprised by just how much I love it. I run it every single day, which does mean I have to keep my apartment ready for its running. PROS: 1. The brush that is on this does a great job at picking up dog fur. I know a lot of vacuums and previous models havent had an actual brush. I find that method leads to a lot of knotted up fur making it hard to clean. Thr brush is very easy to clean. 2. The Roomba is able to go under furniture couch, bed, etc), places where I previously was unable to reach with my vacuum. This has been a great help in preventing the tumble weeds that can happen when you have dogs that shed. 3. Convenience - I dont have to think about vacuuming anymore, I have created a schedule and I just let the Roomba do its thing. CONS: 1. It isnt Quiet - I realize that vacuuming in general is not a quiet job, but when you arent the one doing it, and the job take an hour to an hour and a half to complete, the decibel at which it is completed can be annoying. 2. You do need to prep your house - make sure that things are picked up off the ground, such as dog toys, shoes, electric cords, etc. The Roomba can get caught on these things.

> 3 dayWe bought a roomba about a year ago after holding off for a long time. I had heard that they were noisy and weren’t very effective. I was so wrong! We run our robot every day in the middle of the night, and it has changed our lives. Our apartment is so much less dusty, and our newly adopted cat has not triggered our allergies, much of which I attribute to our little robot. Every house should have one of these. Ours is one of the least expensive and it is amazing.

16-11-2024We vacuum(Ed) every single day because of dog and cat fur but thanks to Sam (what we named it) we no longer have to! Sam is crest for getting clumps of hair and small crumbs. It lets us have a day off of vacuuming but with that being said it is not a deep clean and does not eliminate the need to use a normal vacuum still. Pros: runs while no one is home, there is an app, charge is enough to get the main parts of the house (1.75-2 hour charge). Cons: no rhyme or reason to the path it takes so some gets missed, no mapping, the app can only start and stop or tell you it’s stuck.

> 3 dayI got this for a gift for a family member but once we waited 3 hours for it to fully charge, we were faced with an error message, we contacted the roomba IT support team and they couldn’t figure it out and i also contacted amazon IT support team and amazon ended up sending me a replacement. which works great! i just wished it worked well the first time

Greater than one weekI received this on Christmas and on January 7th the side brush stopped spinning, I am so bummed! I took it apart and found some debris but I didnt think it was enough to cause a malfunction. Upon further research it looks like the side brush motor has already burned out and needs replacing.

> 3 dayAfter ordering this, a family member with an older model warned me that non-mapping Roombas get stuck a lot, so I was a little concerned. it turns out, I had no reason to be. While this model doesnt map your house (and so isnt quite as efficient), it does a great job of keeping itself from getting stuck and follows a pattern that gets rooms vacuumed effectively. It does have flexible brushes that dislodge larger objects that might be up against a wall or baseboard, but it doesnt clean corners especially well (and obviously cant vacuum stairs), so occasional, manual vacuuming of those areas is still required. It does return to its charging station automatically, but only if it has a clear path AND wifi connection. It also alerts you to problems (like when it vacuumed my daughters phone charger) via the app, but, again, only if it has a good wifi connection - so if you have wifi-dark areas in your home, it might not always work as intended. For the price, Im beyond satisfied. The only reason for the four-star review is that its not as efficient as a mapping model and doesnt hit corners. Its great in every other way!

> 3 dayI live alone in a small place: no pets, no kids. What I do have is hair. It is very thick, it sheds constantly and is currently bright orange. I also hate vacuuming. This little buddy does exactly what I need, which is go back and forth across my flat painstakingly picking up all my hair. Unfortunately he doesnt have room mapping and there are some cubbies I need to clean myself (behind the toilet! Under my bedside table!) because it cant fit but Im fine with spot cleaning and supervising it to make sure it makes it into the bathroom and out again. I didnt want to get a more expensive model as this is my first robot vacuum and I wasnt sure if I was a fan but when this guy goes to the great messy room in the sky, Im definitely investing in another, smarter, version.
