Last year a good friend urged me to try his pair as we hiked an icy trail. I was sold within ten steps. After the hike, I went home and ordered these.I carry them with me, November to April. I took a solo hike today (Sunday) on the same trail. It was a beautiful day, after a lot of cold, so many hikers were out. The trail was again very icy. Seemed like eight out of nine of the sunday hikers coming my way said, Wow, I wish I had some of those. Had absolutely no problems where most everyone else was slipping and sliding. I love these babies. They really work. Are easy to put on and take off. Cant say enough. If youre tempted, yield to the temptation. Youll be glad.

I love this product, it is a perfect solution for walking around the block in the early spring. I walk all year round with my books in my MP3 player so this solution was very important for me. I wear size 8-8.5-9 in shoos and I ordered small size for this product and that was the right size (I am glad that I did not go any higher).

I love these things! I have complete confidence walking across sheer ice, and also great for when terrain is too steep to descend with snow shoes. Highly recommend.

This is a replacement set of Microspikes. I lost one of the first pair in early December, 2016. These are a must for navigating around my homestead. They give me stability and safety walking down the driveway to feed the animals. They are on the spendy side, but worth every penny.

They have great traction and the color makes it easy to find them.

Best purchase I have made in some time that I actually needed that I didnt know that I needed. Im deployed in Afghanistan and it is snowing like crazy here, being proactive I decided to purchase this because I work on satellite dishes installed on very tall steep building roofs and I didnt want to slip off. Also, sometimes the need to duck and cover are important and I dont want to be slipping all over the place. So far, the performance and ease of putting them on are beyond my expectations. I have owned the Kahtoola microspikes for a few years and have always loved them. They are easy to put on, light weight, and personally I love the jingle of the chains when you are not wearing them. The rubber is durable. I have never had a problem with these. I have bought them as gifts on several occasions and everyone seems to love them as well.
